These total scumbags, they told me I had to wait for a stroker crank, that they were getting it in stock and would ship to me. Now they’re liquidating and not answering calls and they took almost $250 off me.
I had a bad feeling from the get go, this doesn’t surprise me.

Maybe somebody who lives in or near Vegas should ride by that shop and see what's up? Maybe a few guys?

What puts salt on the wound is the lack of loyalty and seemingly total negativity in the scooter forum here. I understand that most of you don't know me, but Brent (90GTvert) has my personal and direct email and phone number, and has made zero attempt to contact me to find out what was going on, or inform me about all this, yet seems eager to jump in and add to the negativity and suspicion I can see your frustration, especially with your business falling apart and your family problems, but this isn't anybody's fault but yours. You're the business owner. It is your job to make sure your managers and your employees are taking care of your customers, and if you don't, you reap what you sow. Read the posts-many people here paid for stuff and never got anything in the mail, and then didn't get an answer back online or over the phone when nothing showed up. Your company took money from people and didn't send them anything in return. That's theft. the first thing you guys should have done is probably reach out to the customers that didn't get any of the stuff that they bought instead of putting up a CL ad liquidating what inventory you have left. That was an even shadier move, and obviously not going to instill confidence in any of the customers who feel ripped off. Next time this kind of thing happens, you should apologize and make things right instead of going online and attempting to blame every single other person you can.

RnDmoto I truly feel for your health and family problems, I wish those on no one. Your attitude is a bit surprising to me, considering what has transpired. Your only personal response to the many complaints about Scrappy on this forum is an excuse and then expressing your disappointment with the forum for calling you out. Really? It should have been more like "I am sorry, we screwed up. We will do our best to resolve the outstanding issues in a timely manner. We also wish to regain your confidence so that you will continue to do business with us". IMO This forum has helped you more than you will EVER help it in return.

What puts salt on the wound is the lack of loyalty and seemingly total negativity in the scooter forum here. I understand that most of you don't know me, but Brent (90GTvert) has my personal and direct email and phone number, and has made zero attempt to contact me to find out what was going on, or inform me about all this, yet seems eager to jump in and add to the negativity and suspicion, despite our long relationship dating back to his initial formation of this forum of which I personally gave him a link on my website and promoted his forum by referring many of my customers here. Regardless, that's the way it is I suppose. First, let me just say this... How often have I initiated contact with you over anything? I won't say never, but if I did it must have been a long time ago. You offered me a discount on my orders long ago and I don't even reach out over that. I have paid full price with that offer on the table rather than contact anyone. I appreciated the offer, but I just don't typically do that stuff. I think anyone here can tell you I don't really reach out to them. There are people on this forum that I think an awful lot of that will tell you I've never once called them and probably never emailed them without it being a reply or because of a request to email them something. That may be a character flaw, possibly part of my social anxiety that I'm also not a big fan of, but it's nothing intended as malicious or because I dislike anyone. To be honest, I didn't even think you were involved anymore anyway. Somewhere around here it was mentioned that Scrappy was under new management. It sounds like that isn't or wasn't entirely false. There's also the fact that you're normally on top of this sort of thing, so I figured if you were indeed involved you wouldn't be letting this go on. In my mind, all signs pointed to you were gone and if you wanted to go that's your business. The only thing I've really posted is this : I posted it simply as information, thinking if I had an order that was getting nowhere, I'd be interested in knowing the business seemed to be packing up shop. Especially since the one thing that there seemed to be a major lack of from your business was information. I made no claims about what was going on or speculation out loud. I was truly sad to see that everywhere I looked is bad reviews lately. In the past I have told people to get in touch with you because I didn't think you'd try to cheat anyone. At this point, it appeared that you were out of the picture. I don't wish to argue and I'm sorry if you were offended by my lack of contact. I tend to stay away from stirring the pot and have no interest in drama. All I knew was that a lot of people were getting screwed over all of the sudden from what was being posted and that you were reportedly out of the picture and the craigslist ad popped up when I did a quick search to see if there was anything posted anywhere about what happened to ScrappyDog. I suppose it could be turned around and said that if you had people that you trusted online, you could have sent out a quick message saying this is happening in my business and please contact me if you see anything fishy or out or character so to speak. In that instance, I would have felt like it was my business and obligation to let you know that something wasn't right. I could have also told people about the situation and to contact you. I wouldn't expect it to be a public announcement like when PFS for example posts that they'll be out of the office for x time on their main page, but those of us that may see the reviews could be informed. I don't wish to point any fingers, just a suggestion if you ever have to be out again. No bull, I really hope whatever is going on in your life improves and I hope you can dig yourself out of the rut that your manager put you in. I think any review I've given you guys has been good. I've never had a bit of trouble ordering there.
