sometimes they get stuff to me quick, sometimes not. still, there pretty good. i want to give more business to mainleyscooters. greg is new and needs business im sure. i think i'll do the same because i was just dying for a performance scoot and was on a really tight budget, but now that i have one i think i'll go with mainleyscooters as well...to be honest i only ordered from scrappy because of their really low prices lol

I have had 5 or 6 orders with them and they are always pretty fast and orders are complete. I had blown out a cheep belt 1 week old and they gave me a refund with no question, they didn't even want the old belt or pics. I just ordered my perf. cam and a iridium plug today and 1 hour later I got a email about the back order plugs 2-3 weeks. This is the first time I got anything back ordered. The prices are THE BEST AROUND!

Make sure to email them for availability of the parts you want to buy before you pay. I was told 6 weeks on a wheel and tire....2 months ago. from the way they are talking it will not be anytime soon. You cannot get money back from paypal after 45 days.

Had to put in yet another paypal dispute on on scrappydogscooters. Ordered a seat bucket on 4/26. 3 weeks later no seat bucket so i emailed and was told they were expecting a shipment from china 'any day now'. That was 2 weeks ago and still no seat bucket and no updates.
Make SURE you email them for availability BEFORE ordering.

I'm waiting on 2 carbs and an A9 cam for a 5-7 weeks now (2 diff orders). Emailed them last week and they said should be 1-2 more weeks. Would be nice if they updated the site to alert us of things like this.
I also asked if a carb had an accelerator pump about 1 1/2 months ago. I was told it did. Received it and it did not. I've dealt with Scrappy a lot in the past, but if this keeps up they won't be high at all on my goto list.

I ordered a few times from them with no problems and the parts get here fast.
There was one time I ordered a complete set of GY6 150cc gaskets, a set of exhaust nuts,(the long acorn type) and a crank for a 150cc. The guy that packed the box folded the gasket set 90º to fit the gaskets into a smaller box. The fold just happened to be on the metal exhaust gasket and instead of the nuts and he put a GY6 exhaust gasket in there. I called them and the guy on the phone told me the order puller was new and apologized. He sent me the nuts free of charge priority. He offered to replace the gaskets too but I told him I could make the folded one work.
All in I give Scrappy an A rating because they ship so damn fast and their prices are reasonable.

I only use scrappy, unless i need the parts yesterday. They are fast and cheap. Once they somehow deleted my order from USPS when i checked the usps website, they said it was an accident and would resend. Well it apparently didnt get deleted cause i got two sets of the orders so i got a bunch of fuel line and 2 carbs!

Yeah i have ordered a lot of parts from scrappy in the past with no problems and they do ship fast if they have it , but I waiting on a filter and spark plug for 3 weeks now. I think they really need to update the site to let people know what they have in stock and whats on back order i and sure they get a lot of business but if they don't fix some things they are going to start losing business

When I was in the Army I was a 76 Victor "material storage handling specialist" Fancy name for Warehouseman. The hardest thing to do is keep track of inventory. It's a full time job. PCC motor has a big issue with updating their availability too so I always call and make the guy walk to the bin and tell me if there's a part in there before I drive 45 minutes.

I tried ordering a new headlight for my Triton today and it says that scrappy's paypal account isn't working. Not sure if that was just a glich this morning or if they're having some kind of problems out there.

Got the money back through paypal through escalating to a 'no item, no response from seller' claim.
That was my last order from crappy dog scooters.
