Good looking on the carb links!
That Kevlar belt is still holding up great. No signs of real wear or stretching yet. I'd still recommend them to anyone, even though they're twice the price, they last alot longer.

Just letting you guys know, I'm going to be at Twist n' Gone this year (Saturday May 14th 2011) and after the events are over, I'm going to have my scooter, and all of my parts for sale. You buy the scooter, the parts come with it. That includes about 4 sets of plastics, a 1E40FM full engine, and every other little part I have. I'm looking to get at least $2500 for it all. If you guys think that's too steep, let me know.

Hate to see the Triton go. I think it's gonna be tough to sell that way. If you are just trying to avoid a hassle selling individual parts you could sell the scoot and then sell all the parts as a lot.

I was thinking it was more of an incentive to buy the scooter if it came with all the parts. I'm really looking to get rid of it all by, or at, TnG. I'm planning on moving to Florida right after TnG, and I can't take it all with me.

So I ended up getting that 22mm Dellorto carb from shakerdriver, but it uses a slightly different throttle cable than the stock carb. The carb end is a lot smaller, and vertical rather than horizontal like the stocker. They have them at partsforscooters for $17, but it's a single cable. The problem is, I'm still running oil injection. Is there an easy way to do what I need to?

Wow, I should've known there was something in the tech section for this. That is literally EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thanks Brent!

I went to wallmart and got a 4-5 piece cable assortment for bicycles and made one work. I had to file and grind one of the ends to make it fit the carb slide but it works good! Cost me $5 and some change i think? You may need to shorten, or lengthen the adjustment "tubes" or nuts with a grinder or cutoff wheel.? Might have to add shims too? It can be a pain but i know you can do it. Ive had to rig up cables on allot of my toys! Just be careful and make sure it returns well and dosnt hang up on you. Mine did when it was cold and i crashed!
