I could reeeeeeeally use a lead on those needle jets. Treatland seems to have removed all references of 6mm main jets, and they have no needle jets. The part number from Dello is 15500. If I'm reading the stock jet correctly, I think it says 27.5 and if I'm reading the recommended jetting list right, most people are running in the 50 and 60 range I contacted Provoscooter, who said it's a special order item from Malossi for them. They want $7 per jet, and they cant guarantee delivery before TNG. Any help you guys can give would be extremely appreciated! For more reference, Provoscooter said they can only get these sizes: 35, 36, 38, 40, 45, 50. I'd honestly like all of them, but if it prove to be too expensive, just the main numbers.

Needle jets? Do you mean pilots or low-speed jets? If so a 27 might be fine with a airbox. I think mine is a 35,40 with an open filter. I got pilots from SIP

This crisis may be averted! I took apart one of my spare stock Mikuni carbs, and pulled the jet. This PHVB uses the EXACT same pilot/idle/whateveryoucallit jet as the stock Mikuni. Now I just need a cheap place for Mikuni jets Brent: That link doesnt work for me. It keeps giving me a "Bad Gateway (Invalid Verb)" error. I've checked out SIP, but they won't ship to me unless my cart is over $100. Also, I don't need any 6mm jets. I got a variety pack a few weeks back.

I'd say that a good price for that style of jet. The odd pilots can get pricey from some sellers.

I managed to find a site called economy-cycle that handled the jets for $3.25 a piece, $9.99 shipping. so for about $32.50 I got 7 jets. I now have the following idle jets: 22.5 27.5 30 32.5 35 37.5 40 45 50 Hopefully one of these is the right one! Not that it ends up needing a 60

Reminder to self: Always check something before you buy a new part, and always check the part before you tear it completely apart!
So I went to throw the new throttle cable on today. It's about 25 degrees out. I get half the panels tore off to get to everything I need to, get it all disconnected, and tear it out of the scooter through the front. After about an hour of work for that, I notice that the carb end of the stock cable is actually the right end that I needed! Well, that's pretty cool, too bad I didnt check before I tore it out.
So then I feed the new cable through, hook it up to the throttle, go down to hook it up to the oil pump, and realize it's not going to work because it doesnt have the little stopper that the stock one does.
So now after an hour of working in the freezing cold, tearing everything apart... I realized that I wouldnt have had to tear anything apart at all. Just hook up the new carb and go.
So maybe if it would stop being 20 degrees and snowing/raining every single day, I would be able to actually do something other than screw up. It's nearly APRIL... WARM UP!

Now, now. calm down . It will come, i promise. (Go to TNG) The weather. Im glad you figured out that you could have saved time if you would have (Go to TNG) taken the time to check the throttle cable before taking the time to(Go to TNG) order a new cable that ended up being a waste of time and money because you didnt (go to TNG) take the time to look at the set-up that was already ready for (go to TNG) your carb that you took the time to get everything you need for . Im just messin man, i know you need to be at your sister grad.
