For now, I've painted the engine case black and the rims green, I've installed everything on the engine, set the ignition 20' before TDC, but I'm missing the reed valves ( 2 screws of the Polini went bad) I'll install a Stage6 Vforce 3 with a 3mm reed spacer ( I can't go farther than this because carb will be too near of the frame. ) It should run Sunday or Monday. 3 base gasket with a thicker head gasket with Motoseal on each side.

I will contact SPmoto, that is near me so why not ? ;D The airsal with one piston ring looks the best to me, but any of these are hard to find anyway. I've installed some aluminium cylinder kits on 70cc and, compared to cast iron ones, they give a greater power and reliability is not compromised too much. I've took cast iron one's at the beginning because of reliability but they aren't as reliable as I was thinking about.

First start today SPmoto can have the 53mm big bore, 45mm stroke cylinder in 3 weeks, I think I will try it I'll run this engine for now.

Problems, problems and problems! Air leaks from the epoxy and mostly brand new ( around 300 miles) clutch from autotech355 good for junk! Vibration was awful! All my Autotech355 parts beside of the 70cc kits I've already brought from him are breaking down one to another! I'm thinking about a 90cc MVT race engine, I don't thrust anymore the 103cc. I'll get reed valve tomorrow. I'll post a picture of it assembled fast tomorrow too if I have the time to. I hate this... all summer long with problems, I wish I've been better keeping my Aprilia SR50 '07 at this time... The clutch had such a crazy kick on takeoff I think it was the best clutch I had for this. Whellies up to 60 kph ( around 35 mph) then vibration begin and power drop... this broke a gearbox cover and 2 primary gear shaft bearings... And it was not revving like hell on takeoff ( I had smooth springs on my delta clutch and it was revving high before takeoff)

Finally repaired the 103cc, only missing a head gasket, mine do not seal well... has been used for a while. I'll post a picture of it assembled fast and with unfinished rear fender. Greenwood II front fenders are great looking, they are hand made in Québec. There is also a greenwood insert that fits the stock hood. I can get them around $120 for the Greenwood II full hood like mine with light and wiring and around $60-80 for the greenwood insert ( with light and wiring). Light is great with 50W bulbs, better than oem one's, but you have to do the wiring ( there is no Hi-Lo beam on the bulbs so if you want 2 beams that's a bit tricky) to connect them to electrical circuit, just use a connector pin from oem headlight. They come white ( gelcoat) and need adhesion promoter before primer for paint. Does Phongeer exhaust is way better than YMS ? I've seen better results from the YMS on 70cc engine, they kicks greater than with a Leovince ZX on these but I feel they aren't really designed for over 70cc, I feel that the scooter is ''weak'' with it. Can someone tell me where I can get a Phongeer ? I've got an offer for my YMS and I want a better exhaust.

Did someone have a Malossi or Stage6 over range rear pulley? I'm looking for a 100cc rear pulley, bigger than oem one. 122mm wide, 69mm height for 100cc and around 116mm wide, 69mm height for 50cc one. Does a 100cc pulley fits 50cc engine case? How wide is the malossi/stage6 over range? They are pricey so I'm looking for a cheaper part that will be well with my Stage6 over range variator. I'm looking for the Malossi or Stage6 pulley diameter. I can order an oversized, over range belt and I have some different sized belts in my garage. Different width/length.
I'll send my scooter to a shop to be adjusted well and to go on a dyno to know the power of this engine. The guy can do it in 1 or 2 week. It will cost $100 but I think it's worth doing it.

Thank you! The 100cc one is smaller than the over range. (122mm compared to 128,5mm) I'll wait and I might look for the over range rear pulley. 100cc one might not be enough for over range application.

What airfilter should I use? I want one that does not make a lot of noise, There is also very little place if I install straight airfilter I don't look at the price, there is no problem I tried to use my stock airbox with unifilters but side stand is hitting it, also I feel more power with a pod air filter. My pod air filter is a cheap one ( around 5$). I might need to use a 90º connector. I don't like those open, free-flowing filters but I have no choice to use them... 48mm connection on my carburetor, and that is the problem because my local dealer has only straight connection air filter for this size of connection. My stock air box was fixed to carburetor with a Motoforce 90º connector.

I've ordered a Stage6 short pod filter... Airbox is in the way with the side stand. When cornering side stand hit ground. Hope it will be more silent than my metal grill pod filter... I tried kart airbox but I were never able to get jetting right, always rich and flat spots. Better for 50cc to 70cc engines I think.
