in your pic the stinger is the pipe that bends into the silencer. on anything bigger than 90cc you want to have a stinger of atleast 19mm ID and safe would be 20,21,22 ID. if your running a 50cc pipe on 103 it will get really hot and possibly ruin your newly machined sleeve. i would play it safe untill you can figure out whats up.
if your triton motor is a genuine 100cc the oil pump is way better than 50cc. my 100cc engine came with a 100cc oil pump and its amazing it runs alittle rich in begining but once its warmed that thing delivers all through its rpm range.

Okay got it, I'll measure today with my caliper when I get off work. As for the pump it is a 90cc pump and really delivers a lot of oil. I am going to go up to an 86 main. I just don't feel safe with a 82 in there. I swapped my roller weights out to 6.5 in order to keep my RPM's down.

The stinger ID is 21mm on the exhaust port connected to the silencer. Compared to a Technigas Next R it is much louder and has a donkey kick at the top end and has a nice deep rumbling at idle as opposed to the bumblebee of the technigas.

No restricter in my exhaust flange or in the stinger. Correction my stinger size is 19.5mm verified with my caliper.

its alittle on small but you have 24mm carb and 103 jet right? i think you should be ok, i need to remind you that manual cooling is as important as gas cooling. if you have your carb tuned on the money and got everything in order try to make it run cooler. buy a bigger fan, im not sure if your engine was stock 90cc or bored etc but if its not goet a 90cc fan their way bigger than 50cc and cool them better by 40 degrees or more

I have the 21mm dellorto clone, and an 86 that is still on the rich side. But still showing coffee with cream color. The 90cc came with the bigger fan. I modified my shrouds to adapt to the really big cylinder and head. I'm going to add on another high temp pc fan. I'm going to add a 400watt computer power supply to my setup to later accommodate for the fan and HID lamp. I enjoy riding at night and they do make a big difference.

if your plug looks that color i would think its carb tuning id lean to your pump being to good at doing its job..try looking at your oil cable see if its seating properly

Oil lines are seated properly, cable is smooth, no leaks, and everything firmly in place. The plug read I did today showed wonderful colors. I switched my needle clip down 2 sections from leanest raising the needle up a bit and now the sputtering is more at 1/8-1/4 throttle positions. I'm going to raise my clip up a notch and go from there. So my pilot is a 32, the idle jet is a 60 and the main is an 86.

If it's good except for under 1/4 throttle, try to readjust your idle mix screw before you do anything else.

Thats what i have been trying to do, I can't tell if its lean or rich at quarter throttle but the best description I can give is it sounds hollow at the previously mentioned throttle positions.
