50cc Skelly

I got this random GY6 from a friend for free and started messing with it. Started out knowing nothing about small engines. Just kind of started going and this is what came out so far. This is all over like 2 1/2 years.

Started out like this



Then I cleaned it up a bit and painted some stuff but still wasnt running.






Then I got it running and all was well but the plastics were missing tabs all over the place and cracked and making so much noise that I ditched everything and built a skateboard style deck.



When I finally decided to put some money into it I replaced the belt, rollers, clutch, clutch spring, carb, airfilter, and some other things I cant think of and customized a couple other things.
This is how it sits now.

Just curious, what are the measurements of the deck?

Maybe I'm not seeing it... But does it have a front brake? I don't see any cables or disks/drums.

Welcome to the forum!

Considering how old the thread is and how many times he posted (6) it's unlikely that you'll ever get an answer, but looking at the wheels, which are 12 inch, you can probably figure the deck to be around 18 inches. Somewhere around there. It's custom, so you can make it whatever size you want and what fits your build.
