Sweet! Big bored scoots are much more fun IMO.
You should be able to leave the torque spring alone. I'd expect only a minor adjustment to roller weight. If the clutch springs feel good now, no need to change them for the big bore. It's gonna give you more torque, so you'll leave out harder without needing to make it rev higher.

thx man! right now the scoot has to rev up a lil before it will actually take off ...then take off is slow and builds speed .....not sure how much of that is the stock carb or how much of that is in the cvt. But i kno a bbk should definitely give more torque on take off & since i am replacing the stock head as well...I am thinking i should see increase in top speed by 5- 10mph once its broke in ( )....the kit i am getting will have both the cylinder jug & head along with the rest of the usual stuff for a bbk

UPDATE; Well I was told not to order my bbk just yet & to save my cash Seems that (or the cash for it) is going to be a birthday present in couple of weeks(june 19) so i will have to wait a lil while before i can get that ordered....I did order my new carb & it should be here the 1st of the week. I currently have 318km on my scoot & am planning on doing the routine checks & changes this weekend, nothing special there. Below you will see a pick of my new Orange racing coil that just arrived today & was a gift from Flashback30! The offer was a surprise & greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton bro.

It's hard to argue with Big Bore Birthdays.

I like the colors. Those scooters are pretty fun when they are running tip top. Does the front tire rub on the back of the splash guard when you brake? I ask because I've had a bunch of those type in the shop that rubbed pretty bad. Had to trim off some of the splash guard to correct the issue.

remove the caliper from the fork and then use a big c-clamp or just brute strength with your thumbs to push the piston in all the way. Then the pads should come out

Take your time when you do the install, and you know where to find help if you have questions.

Take your time when you do the install, and you know where to find help if you have questions. yup yup I am planning on it being all day lol that way i am in no rush , so i may not start it for a day or two after i get it. I plan on also taking notes on where each lil spacer is as they come off the lil circ-clips/pins that hold the piston on & getting the piston rings set correctly is my only two real concerns at this point.

Piston rings are pretty simple. Circlips can be annoying at times. Nothing to worry about though.

will the valve lash stay the same? what should compression read on tester? I can go get one on loan from auto store to check it if i have an issue. Any other things i will have to adjust differently then before? I know I will have to readjust the carb of course because of re-jetting & bigger displacement n what not , no biggie.

Valve lash should be fine the same as it's set now. Sometimes ppl tighten it up with a larger cam to keep the noise down.
Guessing 150psi or more.
Other than carb and possibly roller weight adjustments you wanna pay close attention to the setup as far as where the piston is in the bore at top dead center and if the valve reliefs match up to the valve positions.

yeah i want be able to adjust the rollers for about three weeks :/ gotta get a impact gun & the correct size impact sockets.... what size is the nut that holds on the varriator & the one the holds on the clutch assembly not sure what the stock set is weighed at but i have scales & plan on getting a few diff sets to play with. I also need to figure out what the seal is called that is behind the clutch assembly ? What size it is & if anyone stocks it.....I HAVE GEAR OIL IN CVT CASE ? JUST A LIL BIT BUT I DO NOT WANT IT TO PROGRESS.
