As a newbie I wanted to support this site and use a sponsor. I ordered a kickstand off their site. When it arrived I was shocked at the poor quality and shape the thing was in. It looked like a used one. When compared to the picture and description, it didn't match! After reviewing the return policy, I decided it wouldn't be worth it. Live and learn. Parts For Scooters, never again.. |

I've used Parts For Scooters many times over the years with only one stumble on their part. One e-mail and a simple phone call got the issue rectified. Story below: A few years ago I ordered a set of mirrors and they sent me two right side. When I called to let them know the girl on the phone sent me a replacement set priority mail at no charge. I did e-mail her a picture of the two right side mirrors just so she knew I wasn't lying. I still have those two right side mirrors!  |

I've ordered from them a lot and had 1 problem, that I really can't blame on them. I ordered an NCY alternator kit and the CDI was not in the box (packed by NCY, not them). I called and they sent me one in a matter of minutes on the phone without any hassle. I would suggest calling them before you give up.
Thanks for supporting the site with the banner and I'm sorry it didn't work out well.

yup yup i only ordered from them once so far .....just a main & idle jet.....but i had my order by the second day & I will be using them again in the future...........they have a good rep, have you tried to call & see if they can work something out? they may not be able to but its worth a shot.  |

Ok, so it was only a kickstand. My fault for not reviewing return policy before I ordered. I'll probably give them another chance if the opportunity comes up.

I have ordered from them and was no problems. I would give them a cal and maybe send them pics of it so they are aware of the problem so they can make it right.

I'll probably give them another chance if the opportunity comes up. that the best thing to do on any parts purchase from any vendor be aware of their return policies.....i have got stuck with stuff from not reading online store policies before.......now i will tend to try my best to ask the seller/comp any questions i can think of regrading the part i am going to order lol especially if its in stock or not. If you do order from them again post back here on if it was good or bad......if you can call them they tend to be pretty helpful & not misleading like some companies just wanting to make the sell. Io had a total of a 13$ order with shipping n they talked to me at least 15mmins about the jet sizes lol |

I ordered a master cylinder from them last thursday night and paid for 2 day UPS. They called me the next morning to explain that the weekend doesnt count and i will have it tuesday which i already knew but for them to take the time and call me plus i received 4 emails on the whole process i thought the service was outstanding! I will defiantly order from them again.

I ordered a number of parts from PFS . Everything I ordered was there and it was shipped the same day I placed the order. I placed another order, I forgot to get an air filter for my 139QMB. The filter was sent by mail, took 2 days. The rest of the stuff was shipped Fed-X and took 3 days (how about that, the post office is faster that Fed-X!).
Prices are good, they had everything in stock and shipped promptly.
I will definitely order from PFS again.

I ordered a lot of stuff from Parts For Scooters again. Everything was correct when I got the parts. Packed nice and shipped promptly. Prices are good and they have such a large selection of parts. They e-mail order confirmation, order filled, shipping info with tracking number.
Excellent business to purchase from. They will definitely continue to get my business.

Matt and his crew over there are top notch..call them..they will take care of you. I get most of my parts from my Wholesaler in China..takes 40+ days to get the stuff..much of it is DOA or crushed. They carry very few Hi Po parts..so when I need them..I get them from PFS.. They too get their stuff in huge containers from around the world..so some pieces are bound to be mishandled in transit and messed up. That is just the risk we take when getting stuff from Taiwan and China..all the way over on the other side of this vast planet. Give them a second chance..you won't be sorry.. |

I’m really impressed with these guys. I ordered an SSP tranny kit for my 139qmb and had a problem with the drive face fitment with my e-start. I contacted them via message on the weekend and they got back to me quickly Monday morning.
I sent a few pics and they figured out the problem and they’ve already refunded me 100%. This has all happened this morning.
So, big ups to partsforscooters, you guys have all of my business moving forward.

Just going to throw my $.02 in. I've placed small orders with them on several occasions, never been given any reason not to order from them again. Packages usually arrive a few days after I order them. I'll continue calling on them until they give me a reason not to.
