Mesh. I don't have a problem wearing a mesh jacket when it's hot out and they're better that just a tshirt should you crash. I wear mesh back gloves with leather palms too. Not the greatest protection, but at least they're cool.
I've got a Joe Rocket Ballistic jacket that I found on closeout years ago. It's got a thick removable liner. Then it's got zippered sections on the front, back, and arms that have mesh behind them so you can adjust how much air you want. With the combination of liner and mesh I wear that anywhere from the coldest I ride (below freezing, though with the aid of a flannel under it) up to about 80F nights or 70 in the daytime. Hotter than that and I get the mesh jacket out.

Brent, after my second light failed i desided to take them apart, and i figured out the issue. the LEDs are getting too hot and coming unsoldered. a simple fix for me, but im good at stuff like that. it may be why they kept falling out of your holder. my suggestion is to look for something different.

If so fork tubes can be slid up & reclamped , but fender etc. May be effected. Look under front fender to see what i trying to explain. Hope this helped ?

You should see a "Create Thread" link near the top right of the section you wish to create a thread in. On that right side you should have the forum logo, then date at the right of the menu bar, Participated button below that, and then Create Thread below that in the section title bar. If you're in an existing thread there will be a Reply button in that spot instead.

Check your voltage at the batt when the scoot is running. Could be a charging issue. Rev it up and hopefully it'll hit close to 15V. With the battery fully charged you can check resting voltage and then check cranking voltage. Hopefully 12.5+ at rest and even cranking the engine over should be 9.5V+. If you do replace the battery consider lithium ion. They cost a bit more but have lots of cranking amps. Motobatt makes batts with a bit more CCA as well. If there's tons of extra room in your battery tray you may be able to go bigger with the batt. Some companies cheap out and put a smaller one in stock.
