I know what you mean, first bike I tried with one was the Suzuki SRAD, when it came out. The standard one was a big ugly thing that made it feel like you were turning through treacle. The Ohlins ones are much better.

got bumped to the red (intermediate) group sat. morning. youtu.be/Yt_fP1PwUSYthats it!! no drills this weekend. the only thing my coach did was show me when i was "leaving the door open" Did run into a bit of a problem though, I need to figure out how to turn faster with out leaning the bike over any further As it is now im already starting to hit the sidewall on the back, the front isnt too far away

Hang off farther to keep the bike more upwright but I'm sure you are already doing that lol lay off the cheetoes or push it hard enough to slip both ends. Sounds like you are doing really good. Brake later and harder accelerate earlier conserve momentum. Easy to say sitting in the easy chair lol. That last little bit is always the hardest to come by. What you are doing is so cool when I was young I used to push the limits till I got hurt and spooked haven't been the same since

Dude!!! I dont think its possible to hang off any further, lol. Most people say half a but cheek is all you need, im dooing my whole but AND some thigh most of the time....... think mark marquez, shit... maby even a little more then him on occasion. Either way my short ass arms wont let me go any further. Come on man I cant give up the cheetos, if it wasnt for them my 135 lbs body probably wouldnt have enough mass to change directions lol. Breaking later is something I need to work on. Right now im just starting to get the back wheel to start skipping. Accel earlier is an interesting thought, im gonna see what I can come up with as far as trying to start picking the bike up earlier in the turn so I can start rolling on the throttle quicker

Hope I didn't offend lol the guys I used to ride with would slide both wheels. Used to do that on a 750 Honda Magna with my ankle on the seat trying to keep hard parts off the pavement. Worked good till I got hurt and scared. If you didn't ride like that you couldn't keep up I should have been using a better piece of iron lol. If you want to see videos of guys conserving momentum check out the guys from Portland that race old Honda Cb and cl160 /175. Do something wrong with those and it takes forever to get back up to speed Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

Sounds like your leaning over plenty far enough Most modern bikes accelerate so fast now you want to make the corner as short as possible. Brake hard, turn and stand it up as soon as you can. So you can use as much tyre as possible, to fire it out. Easier said than done. Sounds like you are making really good progress with your riding

Been there done that my Magna was shaft drive so when you road it to the edge you had to be careful if you chopped the throttle it would suck the rear wheel off the ground lol. My Honda atc250r was a body English and throttle steering method. Stand on the outside of the foot peg with your heal on the center of the seat front wheel off the ground and throttle to steer and keep it from tipping up. That thing was a wild ride in the woods with enough power to get you out of trouble or put you in the hospital lol. Sounds like you are doing great. The faster you can stand it up the harder you can accelerate. Keep it up and keep us posted. I wish my reflexes were good enough to do what you are doing but I'm smart enough to know I'm getting old lol

Keep at it man! Too bad that plastic helps so much at 100+ or you could just leave it in the weeds. Congrats on the expert level!

That sucks about you bike. What do you think it was a cold tyre? I would fit some crash bungs and engine case protector skins, can save you a lot in the long run. You must be making good progress to be in the expert group now

yup i think it was a cold tire but, they did find bad steering stem bearings while it was torn apart so maby it was a sudden change in geometry as i let of the brakes and got on the gas? crash bungs were on the bike when it went down but we are theorizing that they were just way too long and thats what was causing the bike to flip instead of slide every time i go down. either way since finish first isnt going too fix the cbr they offered to lease the r6 from my boss and fix it up he turned around and said "shit fred they gave me enough money to buy the damn thing, so its yours now" and i was all like . i mean it aint no cbr 1000 but im surly not gonna pass up a free bike so i now introduce you too the FINISH FIRST,TEAM PRO-MOTION,49CCSCOOT.COM R6 wsbk style headlight decals no more painters tape and sharpie for me and we got some new cad software in at work and i was playing around trying to learn how to use it, designed this muffler and liked it so much that we wound up building it. flow and back pressure probably suck but it sounds friggin awesome the 49ccscoot stickers got forgotten for some reason but they will be on there. im getting the banner at the top of the page and im thinking they will go either on the frame right underneath the tank or on the lip of the wheels

Wow. I really like the bike. Obviously it'll only get better, stronger, faster, with the addition of 49ccScoot decals.
Cool exhaust. Got any sound clips of it?
