went to the ncbikes track day last weekend. wiped out on my second lap of the weekend lol i came hauling ass into turn one on my second lap of my first session downshifted into fifth and started pulling on the brake as usual except this time the lever went all the way to the clip on or so i thought so im like oh fuck kick down another gear and start trying to make the turn as im pumping on the front brake trying to get enough pressure built up to try to trail brake my way through the turn right. well didn't happen obviously. i managed to make it about a quarter of the way through the turn before i fell of the side of the track. so i pick the bike up get it started and while im waiting for a group of rider to get past me so i can pull back out on the track i check out the break lever and everything seems fine so im like wtf. i take the ride of shame around the outside of the track get back to the paddock and we cant find anything wrong except for the little piece that keeps the lever from moving to far forwards broke off so we replace the lever and everything seemed fine so i went back out and never had the problem again. now this morning i just couldn't take it anymore i pulled the bike out the trailer and put the old lever back on and tried for thirty or so mins to get that lever to come back to the bar again but it just wouldn't do it but i did notice something else, when i really squeeze on the lever it was coming awfully close to my pinky. so i put my glove on and sure as shit the motherfucker was hitting the armor over my pinky and ring fingers. i cant believe i didn't notice that while i was trying to pump up the brakes!

"Crash? What crash? I dressed the bike up as Swamp Thing for Halloween." That woulda been my story. Glad you did figure out what the issue was. Thanks for the vids.

awesome weather + brand new tires = so much confidence that it had to be pouring outta my ears. ive even started developing something of a following this weekend lol. this is only the second time weve done the track in reverse too.
my corner speed was way up all weekend but i think this video has the most action in it. i get stuffed at an apex, pester and eventually leave a r1 in the dust, take out a 750 like he is standing still, stuff a couple people at the apex, lol i scare the shit outta one dude on a 636:D find neutral instead of second as im dipping into a turn
