Happy to report that my 15 year old son Paxton took this scoot by the horns and rode it around the block and did a few roll ons to get used to the power. Hoping he can run it at the track as well?.. If you didnt notice, the wheelie-bar is not on the scoot at this point. I am trying to get used to it enough to stay into the throttle and let the front settle back down on its own. Its just so hard to stay in it on this thing as it feels like its going to power over no problem! Ive done it enough to know with bikes, quads, etc..
Ive been told to stay in it.. That the dragster style laydown frames all feel that way but usually settle.. lol. Sure is a RUSH!

Staying in it is much easier said than done unless you've been on drag builds a long time or have no fear at all I'm sure. As quick as that thing moves out I don't think you'd be so lucky as to have a little 5MPH incident just off the line where nothing/no one is skinned up.

I need to make some room on the SD card to shoot some vids. You all should see what it does without the WB. It can seem so tame as its an all stock 125cc that has a very smooth power delivery, then you twist a little more and the fronts in the air!

It's more like a whole 125 motor grafted to a mina CVT! LoL!
I wanna ride that thing!

Yep, its a 1983 YZ125cc engine with a Minarelli CVT side welded to it.

Man, I read about the build on this engine. Really cool and innovative! I am assuming there is not another platform out there 2t based with cvt drive? The 100 mph club sounds awesome. I hope to get my scoot to the strip soon, still need cvt tuning, keep us posted!
