I found out that the Jog90 longcase engine is plug & play. No modifications to existing wiring harness. Just add carb, mount it in (same mounts as 1E40QMB), start it up and adjust the carb. I'm sure I'll have to tune the CVT.

Engine is completely assembled including the variator, clutch assembly and belt). Just add carb.

Just make sure you adjust the intake & exhaust valves!! (lol2)

I'm going to start this build soon.

Installing a Jog90 engine on it.

I need a recommendation for a carb. I think a 24mm is the size I need. Also where do I start with what size jets.

It comes from Scrappydogs with a complete CVT and 10.25:1 gears. I'll be doing some CVT tuning with a Malossi multivar.

Thanks 'O'Verse. The carb is the only thing that didn't come with the Jog90 engine.

Soon. I'm finishing up my Dongfang 4t build, then starting on the Jog90. Shouldn't take as much time because the Jog90 engine is plug & play. The LED lights I've already received. I have a set of 12" rims to put on.

I just need to order the carb & tires.
