So carb is re jetted waiting for pay day to get more parts. Here's what I need fuel line carb bowl gasket. I need the o ring style variator shroud with all the blades new belt 16.6 x 792 can't really find one. All the local shops can kiss my ass, none of them are of any help. So online is the only way. Any way I polished the port on the exhaust pipe. Like I said new jet in the carb and my new rollers are in. My drive belt is chewed up. And if I'm correct my variator size is an 18mm I'm looking for a cheap performance one ( duh ) im going to post pictures soon Attachments:

Should be able to get fuel line cheap enough locally. 3/16"-1/4". 3/16 works better with stock components usually. May need hose clamps. Check auto parts stores and small engine shops. Small engine shops may the clear stuff. McMaster-Carr carries it online. PFS sells hoses too. Carb bowl gasket www.kaseaparts.com/float-chamber-seal-p-12650.html?cPath=225_1024_1115PFS sells a Hoca fixed half/fan for $20 (part # 169-234). I actually prefer a modified stock fixed half, but if you don't wanna mod it, that's a reasonably priced choice. If you just want plain stock, look on eBay and you'll likely find one cheap. I like the Hoca varaitor from PFS (169-139) for a reasonably priced performance vari ($50). One bad thing is that it, and a lot of perf variators, uses 16x13mm weights so what you have for the stocker won't work. It does come with one set of weights, but you should consider a tuning set or multiple sets of weights. ScooterworksUSA and some eBay sellers carry tuning sets. Tuning sets are not intended for daily use, just something to use for tuning. You would need to buy rollers or sliders of better quality if you use a tuning set to find the weight you want. I use Bando 788 17 28 in my minarellis. Easier to find and work OK for me. Usually there are some deals on eBay. PFS sells a 792 16.6, but I don't trust no-name belts much.

I have no clue where this plugs into. It's a bullet connector and it goes to my CVT and it has a sensor to my clutch bell

Looks like some kind of pickup coil to me... Like if it takes the revs of your clutch, to restrict topspeed or else...

Never seen one in person, but I have seen similar setups posted before that were restrictions. Def not a temp sensor. There's a magnet and a pickup just like the ign system has. It's telling something how many RPM that clutch bell is turning.

You can test something: connect the positive wire of this sensor to a tachometer, and see if it reads something when the bell is turning.

I will, I don't think it was ever plugged in to be honest. Hey does anyone one know if I put a spacer on my reed valve I can get a power gain? Also any reed valves that are good for the price? And what does it do jetting wise? Anyone ? Connect me to a thread ?
