What's up guys/gals! Here's my current AC build. It took a year and half in my garage, kitchen, living room, etc... I've been riding it around for the past year, taking it to shows, and just all around having a blast, and I'm ready to upgrade. Here's how it currently sits: Older Detail Pics:Current Setup:
70cc Athena AC BBK 19mm PHBG Racing Dellorto (Currently 2500mi on the same cylinder) 68cc+ Moto Tassinari Reed Cage Yasuni C16 Drestricted Stock 107mm Clutch Bell and Clutch with Red Malossi Clutch Springs and Yellow Torque Spring engaging at ~7500RPM Athena Variator (mix of 4.7g - 5.1g weights) which holds me between 8.5rpm - 9.7k rpm Malossi RHQ 10mm Upgears putting me at 11.19 final drive ratio Cruises at WOT between 60-63mph at 10.5k rpm - 11.3k rpm Pump Gas 93 Octane Premixed 32:1 Castor Tapped case for vaccuum on transmission side under reed cage Mikuni Vacuum pump Here's where I want to go with it next:A larger displacement, streetable, FAST BBK that I can run 93 (US) octane on and achieve cruisable speeds at 70 to 80 MPH. My thoughts on my next setup:Malossi 77cc LC, 12mm wrist pin, 50mm bore www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/racing+cylinder+malossi+mhr+_m3113036 Malossi MHR, TEAM, or RHQ Crankshaft (don't know which one to get, hence the crankshaft questions above ^^^) The Malossi Red Fury Overrange kit Stage6 mkii torque control clutch Malossi MHR Winged Bell Possibly upgrading Final Gear Ratio to 10.91 Dellorto 28mm VHST Mishimoto YZ 85 Radiator Yasuni c21 Got thoughts on the next setup? Let me know.

Do you want a cylinder kit that also look really nice ? scootertuning.ca/en/liquid-convertion/100032-cylinder-kit-mxs-gp-90cc-complete-kit.htmlContains cylinder, crankshaft, bearings and matching exhaust. It's a pretty good choice for the price they are and they're powerful: on a Jog a guy got 8sec on 1/8th of a mile with a pretty worn clutch. Big bore 77 is a really good choice for street-abillity by the way. Take a malossi crankshaft with it, ''MHR RHQ'' is enough for this one. Your ruckus is Awesome !

I'm not so interested in a good looking cylinder as I am reliability and power and lastly a bit concerned about gas mileage. I currently get about 50miles-55miles to one tank (1.3 gallons) with my 70cc kit. I'm hoping to stay in at least the 40 miles per tank range with the larger 28mm VHST carb setup. Again, anyone that has real world experience outside of racing, please speak up! PS. Love shopping on your site!

WOW! Just...Freakin' WOW! I'll say that is 1 & 1/2 years WELL spent. I appreciate that Dan! Means ALOT. Blood, sweat, and tears... Now it's time to learn more and get into the LC game. More cuts, scrapes, and bruises to come, but I WANT this new setup, and I WANT it bad.

Super nice Ruck! I'll have to let others help you with the setup you want. Never worked with high end setups. All of my stuff is low buck with home porting and mods. I will say that you may wish to look into a full over range CVT. I have the Malossi OR on my 103cc and it's pretty sweet. From 0-70+MPH it will stay at a steady RPM as long as I'm WOT (10.13:1 gears). Eliminated a lot of belt snapping issues I had before with a Hoca variator(MultiVar clone), modded stock fixed half, and Hoca rear pulley assembly so it could be reliable.

Really sharp I like the look sounds like a strong runner. I don't have any lc experienced but plan to on my Zuma. I'm thinking of doing a 103cc ac Zuma swap into a yamaha c3 I think it would be a cool sleeper. Quick question what are you running for wheels tires and brakes on that? It's got a nice stance. That rear tire looks huge did you have trouble getting it to fit that Zuma motor?

That rear tire looks huge did you have trouble getting it to fit that Zuma motor? Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards The angle of the picture makes it look bigger than it really is. It actually works with the front tire really well. To fit the rear wheel on the zuma case:Turned down an old zuma wheel to make a hub. Pressed 4 ARP studs through the hub to bolt into the 12in x 7in rear wheel. The tire is a Heidenau 140/70-12 stretched onto the 7in wide rim. 7in is as wide as you can get without having the tire actually poking out past the exhaust mount holes on the stator side of the case. Rear Braking: Custom Rear Hub (Drum), Motion Pro custom lengthened rear brake cable hooked up to sunline lever, with a switch to power the tail light made from a radio shack always on switch that I drilled and jbwelded/mounted into the sunline lever Front Braking: Brembo P32 that I custom painted and clearcoated and fit/spaced on a 220mm/210mm?? (can't remember) NCY Rotor with Stainless steel teflon coated brake line, Nissin Master Cylinder and Lever Pics Of everything mentioned above:Let me know if you have any other questions, hopefully the images help!
