It is full yes. When I get going it first die. Anything above 25 mph on the chinometer and it will stay running. When I figured that out I just quit stopping at stop signs and turns and just got the POS home....
I'm checking the stator wires right now as I have no other unclog what this gremlin could be ....

Dumb question, but on the top of the fan cover Is a sticker that reads "blah blah blah blah blah, use only 15w-40 oil" I put in 10w40 when I changed my oil a month ago. Could different oil cause this?

Well I am selling my spare carb for $30 here in a few, and I'm torn on wether to have you look at it for another hour, or buy a set of sliders that I want :-) lol.
Whenever you get some time to talk about it we can maybe work something out, cause I'm leaning mre toward that pair of sliders( dumbass me goes for performance parts over getting it to run right)

Hmmm, if futsing with the CDI did something, even temporary, I would keep looking there. Are all the wires to the CDI plug in tight? Sorry, electrical is a PITA. I've read posts from others that went through a couple CDI's and tried a third that solved the problem. Not to get stuck on that one thought though. Sigh, performance parts keep getting put on the back burner here. I still don't trust my stator, but I can't get the dern flywheel off to replace it. Allways something, LOL

The absolute best performance mod you can do is to make the scooter run reliably.
I should take my own advice sometime.

When switching out the cdis I noticed that the two prong clip seems to slip out when I pulled it off the cdi. I made sure they were all tight when I put the new cdi on, and when it started acting up, that's the first thing I checked. All are still firmly in there as far as they will possibly go. I don't have a 3rd cdi to try so for now the cdi did temperarily fix it, but they both worked fine on the roketa.
I know the best performance is to get it running good, but the last time 2strokd looked at It I couldn't get it to sputter and die like it is and has been. The entire ride to and from his house was smooth and no problems, then the next morning it was back again. So if paying another 30 is going to fix it for a day, i'd rather just get some sliders and keep trying to figure out exactly what's wrong with it so I atleast have a set of sliders in it when it finnally does decide to want to run right lol

You could use electrical tape to make sure the connectors are staying connected. I do that with any of mine that I have doubts about.

Ok so today I cOMPETLY cleaned my carb from head to toe. Used about 12 ounces of carb cleaner and then compressed air through all the holes.
Put it back together and put it on and it took me a while to get it started, but I managed to get it started.
It idles alot better now. So I decided to take it aroud the block. I got 4 laps around the block and was going for number five and it started to sputter again so I just stopped and it died.
Started it right back up ad turned around to go home.... Sputtered and died again....
Started it up and ran good for half a block, then I pulled into my court and before I could make it into my driveway, it died yet again... So I just pushed itthe rest of te way....
Everytime I change something or replace something, it runs good for a minute, then acts up again. What the f***
so I've tried everything that you guys have said with still no luck.
One thing I did notice however when cleaning the carb.... In an earlier post I saw something about "is the squirty thing doing it's squirty thing" or something like that. The little gold pin that I saw in that picture does not have a hole In it. It looks like a gold stud just sitting there. Is it suppose to have a hole?

No, its your accelerator pump. If you push the pin it squirts extra fuel into the mix inside the bowl. you cant see it work unless you pull the bowl off and push the rod in.
