Yes the pipe is just there to draw attention to the sticker. lol Should have know you would already have a writeup on the restrictor!

Glad ya'll found the gremlin. Richening up should help hold that speed. That must be a pretty mild kit. I'd think low to mid nines should be possible.... tucked down anyway. Up-jetting might help that a little. Try some carbon fiber reeds next. Yes i'm getting to mid 9Ks now, 10 on down hills.

Yup. Just never thought an aftermarket sport pipe would have a restrictor in it. The Prima pips he stocks don't so we never thought to look.
Side note is that i did a group ride this afternoon with my friend who got the pipe that started this all for me. We did an uphill "race" and i was able to pull him easily. He was killing me on our long ride to Branson last month so we are definitely getting somewhere.
