Those are badass man! I bet they are good in snow as well. Ya the prebug kinda has an off-road look IMO so these tires are a good match. As for the snow, I do have box of ice screws left over from my quad.

Hey all, I haven't checked in here in a while. I haven't done much to prebug lately, but I did buy a C16 for the bugeye. The build quality is WAY better then the other pipes I've had. Now only if it wasn't winter so I could actually ride it...

I ordered a S6 race MKI for the old prebug the other day. I gotta smoking deal on it so I couldn't pass it up. I currently run a top performance black 70cc kit with a stock crank, S6 street pipe and a 17.5mm dell. On a prebug Zuma I feel this combo would be hard to beat for a daily rider. It does wheelies on demand and will run a c hair over 50 all day long. I'm not sure how a mid race kit will work with this combo of parts, but I'm hoping it will be just more powerful version of what I already have. Everyone always talks about how there new high end pipe rips, but know one talks about the lose of daily functionality and the fact that It takes 8000rpm for it to even move lol. Not really sure what my point is hear, but hope I don't F- up my sweat sweat pre-bug.

I just found this thread How's the new cylinder doing? Lovin or hatin it? I'm starting to think that the Leo Vince on mine isn't so good. Not for wheelies anyway.

Short answer is awesome. Its similar to what it was, but makes more power everywhere. I'm not sure what the top speed is, but it gets to 50 in a hurry. I'm going to replace the 17.5mm dell to the 19mm dell I took off my Bugeye.

What about the sound.. Is it much more louder than the s6 streetpipe? I think you got mixed up a bit. All I changed was the top end. The pic of that Yasuni pipe is on my other scoot, not the one this thread is about. But ya, the Yasuni C16 is WAY louder then the S6 street pipe.

I ordered a crank for the prebug today. My plan is buy a C16 for it and be able to swap from my street set up to more of a race set up in 30 minutes or so. Here's how I plan to do it. I already have a full CVT in a box that used to use on my bugeye with a S6 race and C16. It consists of a malossi multivar, S6 MKII clutch and bell with a OEM Yamaha belt. So when I make the switch I'll just swap the CVT parts and be ready to roll in 5 minutes or so trans wise. The pipe swap is about a 10-15 min deal I figure. Now for the carb set up I'm not sure what will be faster, rejet or just swap carbs? I have a 17.5 mm dell I could use for the street set up and a 19mm dell for the race set up. What do you guys think of this plan? Good/bad stupid???

No its a cool idea. But i think you'll swap it over once maybe twice and indirectly pick a favorite setup and you'll stick to that.
But a s6 race is in my opinion one of the most versatile cylinders. It will work with a sub midrace exhaust...but also with a yasuni c21 (if you use a thick base gasket).

Has anyone Trenched the vertical cases, or is it even necessary? I've never been inside of the vertical cases. I will be matching up the transfers etc while I'm in there, so I'd like to trench as well. Any pics of vertical trench/case work would be much appreciated.
