proarturs is selling a leovince tt. you could probably get it for 50 dollars. I just don't wanna spend any cash on this thing. This pipe was just collecting dust so I don't mined cutting it up. Plus I already have a money pit of a scooter. The wife will kill me if I start spending money on this thing. As they say, don't tease the tiger

PIGIf I had spend that much money as you did on your 86cc project I would be divorced by now or if lucky sleeping on the couch for the rest of the year. Nevertheless I intend to build something like you did.....one day. So thanks for your H2O conversion topic it will be of great help.....one day.

Well that didn't even last 24hrs... I now have a Polini ForRace 4 exhaust coming my way. I have a serious scoot tuning problem From what I've read it's a really good match for my S6 race cylinder. I also split the cases today. I just gotta pressure wash them, then I'll slap the crank in.

Scoot-tuning had the pipe in there liquidation section. I used the discount code also (zuma50) and got it for $254 Canadian. That's a pretty smokin deal for that pipe.

Indeed it is. Still $254 is $254, that would not cope well with my house president. Lucky you!

I think the polini 4 race is in theory a good exhaust for midrange 70cc's. The shape looks good. Luckily you didn't buy version 2. They're homologated and have baffles inside and a piece of dead-end pipe in the headpipe. I have a 4 race 1, but haven't tested it yet. They're probably comparable with the Yasuni R, Metrakit SP, Gianelli Shot and Technigas RS70.

derbi bullet 2006 i got for 500 bucks about a year and a half ago. piaggio AC
this winter i am working on the this- v13 reed- non hpc crank- tpr70cc- shot v4- 21mm phbg- i guess thats it. should be 14hp at about 10000 rpm i guess. the transfers are a little pinched off so it doesnt need a full circle crank or a 24mm carb. the manual says to use the tp titainium connecting rod to balance the engine.

Headpipe is a nice hydro formed rig with no bad steps, will run the numbers, just 'eyeballing it' seems to look like a better than average pipe.. OK,I ran the numbers, headpipe is a bit long 42% vs the ideal 30-32%,headpipe/diffuser is right on at 68%,total length is slightly shorter than a C16,,oughta run well if there are no restrictions/screens,etc...

i like how you did that.
if you get the correct primary compression and cylinder combo it will make 10ft/lbs at 10000rpm. if you get it wrong like an mk1 racig cyl plus a hpc crank it will be shit and make 8ft/lbs at 11000.
