Pulled the head off my Mina 50cc. waiting on parts for the 90cc   Looks like I'm having some detonation issues. I'm thinking time to put that head gasket back in.... |

thats purrrdy! is htat the hoca 54mm ? where did you buy? what are your plans for the big motor? you keeping the stock bottom end? i am hopnig to get a refund and buy me a 54mm kit. then i will just need a pipe and carb! i may just run it with the stock exhaust first Got the new BBK in today... |

hey did you have to build a bracket for the rear brake cable to mount on to the case? I saw a post where someone had to do that. I haven't checked my case yet to see if it has a bracket

Put my mina 50 with the BBK back into the scooter while work on the 90cc. Took a test drive and instantly missed the other motor. It was such a let down from what I have gotten used too. I guess it must be like when you get one of those mail order brides....  |

I'd like to get a performance intake for my 90cc. but all the ones I've come across point to the front and not the rear. Mine has to point to the rear because of the frame. I'm not looking for a performance boost. I'm more interested in cooling down the engine. The summer temps are brutal down here.

Is that running a rear facing intake now? If it's front facing you could run a 21 phbg in the same space as stock. Should fit in the same with a rear facing intake of that's what you have. 21mm will give good cooling and power. I've got a rear intake here that I'm sure will take a 21mm phbg dellorto but it's not aftermarket. Ryan runs rear facing intakes I'm sure he could give you a recommendation

It point to the rear now. Been looking at the 21mm phbg dellorto. Anyone have a good source for ordering it? Also what jet kit should I order If I am running A 95 main with a stock 19mm.

The seller Nelson linked to will take offers try $30 or 35. treatland.tv is a good source for jets and airbox adapter etc.

Ordered the carb from dellortodirect.com. I also ordered the manual choke lever and elbows etc for the throttle. Odered a jet kit from treatland.tv

Also had to order a new uni filter since mine flew off on my last test run. Luckily there were cars behind me to run it over a few times before I could swing around and grab it. That's what I get for using a spring clamp.  |

Isn't Hoca made in Taiwan anyway? Had a credit to spend so I didn't end up paying that much for it.
