Ordered a new piston kit...looks like i got the same gears as 90GTVert is his build. I'm going to leave them just as they are. Having some trouble finding the brake parts i need to redo the rear end as i want to keep my other motor in one piece. I rebuilt a 19mm carb to use. Modding the stock air box going to stick with it for this build.

Got the motor mount bushings out today.....What a pain in the ***...Went to drain out the gear oil, at first i thought there wasn't any. Then i realized it was just to thick it wouldn't drain out of the plug.

Its been to cold for my wife to ride the scooter lately. Its just been sitting with the cover on it. She came in today while i was working on the 90cc engine. She was like "why did you take the engine off my scooter it was working fine." I told her it just needed some maintenance and i wanted to get it done while she wasn't using it. So my secret is still safe. I am waiting on parts to come in so....

So Partsforscooters had all the parts i needed to install the rear brake without cannibalizing the parts off of my 50cc....Except the brake pin/pivot.....90GTVert was kind enough to send me a link with a part that I think would work but the shipping cost wow. But I do have a part number so thanks for the help..... Ryan was also kind enough to give me a good deal on a pair of wheels and a mucho better starter clutch.....
