Yes I will get some pics of cylinder.honestly the ports look tiny and cast very poorly. They are small! The exhaust I a half moon shape the could be fixed. I think f you wanted a cylinder to do some port work on this kit would be perfect. I am going to play with the had and see if I reshape the cmbustion chamber a bit. Got any pics of the Cylinder and ports? Does it have auxiliary exhaust ports? Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

I am going to rework the chamber. What u are seeing is a recessed area around the outside of the cylinder and then the mating surface. It is made to "look" like a high compression head but still has a ridge in it, only at a differnt spot than a stock head! I am going to put some work in on it! The head should match up to the bore. You don't want a mushroom shape up there. Hard to tell in the pic. Is it an as cast area, then a narrow step, then the head surface? That's odd.

so, i swapped the engine(70cc) and it waS running great when in other scoot. Now it runs like POOP. it will accelllerate and the cut out and happens randomly. The scooter the engine went into hadnt been ran since 1996. I cleaned out the tank was a bit rusty and washed it out with gas. Aometimes the bike wont start at all! I have an inline filter and my gas is blue after premix but when i look at th fuel line the gas is almost rust color. Im hoping i can clean the tank out and that will fix the problem..

I hear that rattling some BBs around in the tank along with a cleaner of your choice helps.

Jeeze, I got it figured out. I pulled carb and float bowl had some very fine rust particmes in bottom. I run a clear fuel line but the oil has discolored it blue so it looked to have gas in it but it did not! No gas was coming out of needle when float was off but bowl was full, weird. Come to find out the way I routed fuel hose was getting pinched by the springs on motor mount. So it was random but an easy fix and got a clean float bowl out of the deal. I tbink all the rust is now gone gas looks good. Still have inline filter.

I got the 70bbk sorted out, figured out how to put the springs back it the started clutch. Anywho I still need to get my hands on a rim to fit the polaris shaft if anyone has an idea that will work please let me know. I think maybe a triton wheel but it has to 10x 2.5 to fit the jog. I bought one but usps has misplaced it

Something is different between frames on my 1992 jogs. The cross bar that is closest to the cylinder hits the cylinder on the 70 which isn't a big deal because I adjusting shock so it won't bottom out and hit. But the same frame I put the 90 in I had to cut out that thin cross bar peice. The cylinder wouldn't fit in the frame but fit in other frame no problem. Maybe it is a difference in motor mounts?

I pulled the engine out and not sure what cylinder I should use. I bought a cheap 50mm top end from ebay. The ports are tiny compared to to 52mm. But it did come with a squish head. I have kicked it over with the 52mm cylinder and 50mm head had 2mm squish and only had around 90psi. I think my best bet may be port work on the 50mm. The 52mm is used and I honed it but I'm worried that the rings may be bad.
