2stroked probably has an extra 3.5x10 Eton wheel. Shaker driver had some Eton wheels for sale also I wish that was true. The two junkers I picked up had 2 wheels between them. No, I had an odd 10 inch rear wheel in the basement, but its only got 16 splines. So sorry honestly. I will check at the boneyard if u want. If he has any that are true, not warped, I can TRY to get it to you. He'll be open again tomorrow, only on weekends now, his grandson works the place for him. Ket me know if you need me to check. Did either of the links I posted help you with the e start trouble?

Do you recall what the od of your axle is? Or the od of the rim you got?

Brent's Venus project used a 10" wheel and a Polaris ATV engine was grafted into it,might want to look at his thread..

I used the stock 1E40QMB gears and the same wheel I was using with the 1E40QMB. All the Chinese clone stuff swapped over easily.

the problem is the joG is not the same as the Polaris case the jog does not have a bearing inside of the case that holds the axle it only has the outer bearing that is held in by a c clip the Polaris case has needle bearings inside to hold the axle and also the outer bearing that is held by the c clip the actual job axel has a smaller bearing race than the Polaris axel I can only assume that the yamaha jog is different axel than the clone axle and therefore the cases are likely difference as well I will take a picture of both of them and post so you will see what I am talking about I think the Yamaha K it's just different than all of themand not in a good way either Polaris

The yamaha case below the axle just rides in the case with no bearing. Very cheap compared to polaris. But the I'd of the jog axle where it rides in the case is smaller than polaris. I can only assume that the jog is different than the jog clone and certainly the polaris. Jog case below

Thank you for the pics and info. I'll add those to the swap thread at some point.
