I have done a little research on the Technigas and it looks like it has padding inside of the walls scooterforum.net/threads/tecnigas-next-r-padding-in-exhaust-pics.143758/ Are you sure yours does tho? Either way i wouldn't cut open to see if it is a new real 100cc pipe. Should be good..

Brent had a modded airbox in one of his threads for a big carb. Project 90 I think

So my flat slide mik carb is a 23-24mm. How do you think it will run? I am thinking about trading it. What say you? It fits in my polini intake but will a 21mm fit? also, do you think this head will work on a 52mm bore? Thanks guys m.ebay.com/itm/181285641306?nav=SEARCH

A 23-24mm should work fine. 21mm Dell is the easy way to have a larger than stock carb though since it fits the stock intake and airbox, at least on clones. Polini intake is longer and will stick the carb farther out. You need that with some larger carbs, but not with a PHBG.

nice pipe for sure, what does it have to do with thread The nearest sound I have heard to that from a scooter pipe is the PM Tuning 360 pipe I had on my Rox. It is built like a folded back MX pipe with a big expansion pipe.

well, i guess i will just try and run the 23mm flat slide that i have right now that came with the scoot. I dont know how this will work out once i put the plastics on though. I guess what i will end up doing is switching engines. I will put my 70 in the complete stock looking scoot and the 90 in my almost stock looking scoot. Then i will have room to add an air box some place on the frame like Brents. Does any know about old mikuni/sudco carbs? I know a sudco prepped mikuni is a great carb for quads so i assume it will work good on my scoot.
