Hello everybody This site rules.... After a lot of searching I came across ya'll Here is my 62 puch. It was a. 60cc 2 stroke pure of junk when I got it now it's restored and painted... But I need a new engine. The old one is trash, cracked etc and to rebuild it parts for it are extremely difficult to get.... Soooooo..... I wanna rat rod her now. I'm looking for advice where and how to go about finding a new / well made motor for her. It's got a chain sprocket in the rear etc, I'd obviously Have to make some new mounts. Here it is: Thanks in advance!!

Thanks man! Took a long time to get the body right... All that crap pop metal couldn't take a weld etc
I'm just stumped about my motor options now. The only thing body wise I still need is some fat white wall tires, which I've ordered, but it ain't Rollin without the juice!!

there's some 4 speed 4 stroke engines out there like the one in this around www.extreme-scooters.com/roketa-mc114-50cc-moped.htm i think its an automatic clutch, just let off the gas and shift it. the engine is a 1P39FMB. not sure what size engine, or 2 vs 4 stroke you're looking for, thought i would toss this into the thread though, looks like it could be worked into that frame without too much difficulty. a 2 stroke would really make that thing zip along.

So it's got the generator, flywheel all that garbage so if have to figure out how I'm going to run electrical... Hopefully I can find one with that option
Thanks for the kind words... I need to drive this thing.
I've checked that guy out on eBay, emailed him a bunch of times... Until I find the same engine I'm not going to keep trying to source the parts I need. If rather get an engine now, cruise, and take time with the other engine
Def want a 2 stroke!!

Look at the minarelli am6 motors. They used them in yamaha dt50 Derby Aprillia rs50 etc. Liquid cooled 50cc 2t 6 speed. Would be a riot in that
