heres a run with the red tq spring and a 1.5mm washer in the variator to get the belt in deep on the boss. I also noticed that the CVT is shifting before the clutch engages....I tried putting in lighter sliders and the red 2000rpm tq spring in back....but it seems it starts upshifting regardless....I am not sure what the clutch springs are(they are what came with the clutch) but I tried a set of 1500 rpm springs....still the same...I cant imagine going down to 1000rpm springs(have those on the way too)....but im also down to 9g sliders so going lighter is probably going to wreck my top end....

Decided to do some color on the scooter. So I painted it and gave the muffler a mini makeover. Burnt the tip in to give it a nice look

Looks good! What did you use for paint? I'm digging the Camaro!

thanks!.....I used Rustoleum rattle can.... my front pieces arent in the best shape(countless repaints through the years) but they took the paint great.. The camaro is a family heirloom from my dad. original owner.

Update: After an inspection of the drive sheaves I noticed some pretty excessive wear in the groves/pins....so I picked up a NCY unit and threw it in set up on the straight slots. I also threw some 10g weights in to see what kind of top end I was missing. I was pretty stoked to see 77mph GPS!!....this is on flat road with NO slope...and NO wind at all! I think with a little tailwind or slope it will crack 80mph...which is a pretty tall feat in my opinion. I also did a CVT cover hack to keep the trans nice and cool.

Great result. Have you had a chance to see what it did to your timed runs?

Havent had a chance to set up the timing lights yet....but I didnt notice any changes in the low end really....so Im not expecting much of a change....maybe a tad slower from using the heavier sliders....but im sure the nitrous can make up for it...haha!

Beating or keeping up with stangs and vettes on the scoot could be a good way to advertise your shop. "Don't wanna lose to scooters anymore? Come see me at HP Logic."

HOLY HELL! You're in my area! Well close, I do work in WPB at least. My Baccio is the same body/frame as yours. What size motor is in there? 77mph? I'd be happy with 55 out of mine. I just got a Hoca Vari/Sheeve in the mail with some weights (5g & 6g) that I'm going to start toying with. Yours looks stock, at least the exhaust does. I have the same on mine. Looks like you've dropped it though. Yeah. I'm totally jealous now.

His is a 150cc with nitrous. Lol SONOVABITCH!!!!! See... I knew I should have looked into dumping a 150cc in that thing. I totally can do it, the mounts are the same as the GY6 150cc because that's how that bike is sold now. I'm still amazed how they threw a 50cc into this whale. No way in hell I'm throwing NOS on it though. In a car it's one thing, but on a bike I may tip over? I may as well turn the left handle into a live grenade. Or fuel it with napalm. !!!!
