Excellent. I'm fitting my bars and using a Trek bike lever for the rear temporarily. Tied the rear brake switch to the front for now.

The cost was a little expensive (280USD) but that was for the Forks,Disc,Caliper and Mount. It also comes with a new axle and spacers. So if i understand right, all those parts are $280 together? nice build btw!

Very nice build! I really like the time and effort into the airbox. So many do not realize the benefits to having one. Some of the factory ones could be placed better though. Yours is nice!

Yes, the whole front end including forks, calliper, disc and mounts was 280 inc shipping Wow, that's a really good price! Can you hook us up with the seller? In the near future im gonna need a serious suspension upgrade for the axis...it's so wobbly in corners that otherwise sooner or later im gonna end up in a ditch... In europe the only upgrades known or the ones you would think of are the paioli RS24 or FS32 forks....and those are just ridiculously expensive.

I got lucky and scored a set of stage 6 forks for less than half price but that is really good with the brakes

Sent you a PM with some details, it has a pick up and magnet arrangement which works well. It's programable for tire size so it's also accurate. Works with 2T and 4T engines

Here are some pictures from under the hood you can see the airbox neatly tucked away and the 2 intakes at the top. I moved the ignition coil so the lead could be as short as possible. You can also see the 24mm keihin PE carb I switched to, as the pwk was waaaay to snatchy at small throttle openings, the round slide is super smooth and a dream to jet. Ended up with a 135 main jet. Here is the carb snorkel, we can use a short pipe since the pivot is so close to the carb/engine mount the total movement up and down is less than 1 inch.

Very nice! Now that puts the meaning into air "Box". Its the best ive seen yet! So many 2T riders dont understand the importance of the induction and slap a loud stubby little open filter right on the carb. Ive dont the same in the past, but these days i can hardly bare the sound of an un-tuned double stroke with a loud intake.
