Pipe looks nice on there. Painting the pipe is a good idea. They do rust very quickly if used in the rain.

Here are some pics from the CVT updates: The Koso Vario with 3.5gr rollers and longer roller ramps,Ф 99mm with 21mm boss. This is how i set te belt in rear pully for best take off,the belt is stock size 788 17 bando. The belt ride on the vario 5mm from top edge,i whill make some tests with longer belt to see if I can make full belt travel on the vario with 799 17 from Tensai. I also used malossi reinforced contra spring (white) because the belt whas riding in the pully before the clutch engaged,on the clutch i have malossi white clutch springs (5500rpm).The first gray one is the stock spring and the big blue one is from 125cc made by Top Racing and is very stiff. The engine is reving on 8.000 rpm when full trotle is open on acelleration and 85000 rpm at top speed of 78 kmh (48 mph) on flat road,on downhill the speed is 83 kmh (50mph).All speeds are mesured with GPS devise.

5mm is good travel for a belt that length on a 99mm pulley. I think you may need longer than 799mm to realize it's full potential on the top end, but go too long and the rear pulley can't handle it. I could put my 816 belt on with the stock rear pulley without compressing it at all and it was so loose that it was very slow moving till it took up the slack.

Yes too long and it will slip on take off until it can grab some grip in the pully
