Some new upgrades for the cvt,malossi multivar vario. Belt position in the back pully in the front But the white malossi contra spring is too soft,i will have to buy some harder spring

Grettings from slovenia.. I would like to know if you are still using the same lenght of the belt.? And did you measured the distance of how far will the belt go on that malossi multivar?

Yes i still use the 788 bando belt,here is a pic off the belt travel,it has a full belt travel left no marks on the vario.

Nice.. Did you do some work on the torq driver?
Because i tried every single thing in the book and i just cant gett the belt to ride as high.. I have the hebo new generation vario with 98mm outer diameter.. And i always have 3mm of belt travel left..
Any recomendation?

Ok look,the belt must bee under 17mm because the rear torq driver is copy of the minarelli and it is designed to work with 16mm belts so you can use 792x16,6 belt for more travel,and i have also modified the torq driver so it open a bit more and lets the belt to go deaper in high gear.

Ok thanks.. Did you elongated just the grooves on the torque driver or did you do something else?.. Because i did just the grooves on the td..
