I think we have same clutch, variator and drive belt specs (if stock). So I would like to know few things:

Do you have a stock CRANKSHAFT?
Diameter of the variator shaft (13mm or 16mm)?
Clutch size (is it 110mm)?
Clutch Bell (is it 112mm)?

Тhe cranckshaft is stock,and good for some 70cc sport kits if there is no a lot off miles on it.
The variator boss i 21mm(16mm crank)
The clutch is 110mm(stock)
Clutch bell 112mm (stock)

If you want to put aftermarket clutch go for 107mm from yamaha/minarelli.

I got a new 47mm kit for my bike,the kit is without head,but i have a spare stock,i mod the head to 47mm with sqush,the head is 6.8cc and when trial fited the kit with stock gaskets it has a 1mm of sqush.
