Milly, you're showing our age! I don't think kids today know what "Keep on Truckin...'" means, or how popular that was back in the 1970's. I remember seeing that sticker on damn near everything.

I had a board game of the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers! If I remember correctly, it was all about buying pot. Wow, I forgot all about them.

Looks like Violet just barely fits on that lift.
Where did you find a new bulb for the horn?

Needed some scooter therapy today, jumped on the Blue Kymco, but the rear tire was flat. The culprit was : The stupid valve stem was new with the tire, what a piece of krap it is! I did not want to bother with changing the valve stem while the wheel was on the scoot and besides, the only valve stems I have are of the same krappy ones. Decided to mount a new tire on a spare rear Kymco rim I had on the shelf. I used the existing valve stem that was in the spare rim. For a change, I can say the tire went on fairly easy. I must have done something wrong! It took a while to get it balanced and put back on the scooter. Barely had time for a scooter ride afterwards. I just took a look at the front valve stem. Same type and its about to let go.

Bit touch and go on the lift. The bulb was UK based on flebay at £25 all in about another £10 cheaper from India but now our wonderous Gov has left EU that saving woul be added on in 20% vat and maybe additional charge of silly money for admin. I know some countries collect the vat and there is no more fee's to pay and even a couple I have purchased bits from in India with no problem but they stated that was the case or eBay did can't remember now.

Nothing escapes the taxman, bloody wankers! Kansass is like that also, they take a pound of flesh or pint of blood with everything. When prices go up the tax % always increases the cost. It is getting hard to live.

First ride since I can remember. pinkscoot popped in the new idle jet. I could have done it myself, but it only took a second for him. We think the old jet was plugged up thanks to our ethanol gas in spite of normal usage and SeaFoam.
