flushed fuel tank on the Malaguti Madison with some help from my wife all new fuel lines, filters , oil change and new filters
ordered a used GPR full exhaust as the stock exhaust is starting to rust out bad
bits still left to do is find a good used front panel and get all panels off ready for sanding and paint

yep the stock exhaust for the Malaguti is £320 as its a yamaha yp majesty engine but the GPR exhaust was £170 so was a bit of a no brainer thats from the wife to me for xmas  flushed fuel tank on the Malaguti Madison with some help from my wife all new fuel lines, filters , oil change and new filters ordered a used GPR full exhaust as the stock exhaust is starting to rust out bad bits still left to do is find a good used front panel and get all panels off ready for sanding and paint I fitted a GPR exhaust to the wife's old Aprilia. Bored now! Took out the potato after a bit of inactivity and a freezing day and it started straight up and then on a run nothing went wrong with it. Not use to scooters that don't at least need a bit of tinkering. No excuses now to not untangle and replace some of the strings on my 24 inch wooden puppet from Czechoslovakia I just picked up  |

The white Aerox has a terrible bog when it's cold. So today I stripped and cleaned the carb. The atomiser tube had a couple of holes blocked. And so did the pilot. Time will tell if it's fixed. It was so cold today. No way was the air box joining the carb again without some heat first.  |

Oh dear what a shame. Oops I accidentally put a offer in on this Honda Melody Mini 1985 model for £50 only 40 miles away and it was excepted.
Pick up tomorrow.
Already got a engine in bits that should make one out of two with from the honda bali sj 50 I sold yonks ago. Can't tell yolanda yet as she is asleep. 🫣

Just getting it off was a struggle. So I knew it wasn't going on easily. My wife had a melody in the 80's. That thing was hilarious to ride. It used to pogo with enthusiastic cornering. Stuff used to scrape. All at 25MPH! |

they do some kits for the honda pantheon 125 2 stroke to make it to a 210cc 2 stroke with power valve putting out over 30 hp so will that type of power on such a small wheelbase its just going to be lifting all the time but will be so much fun i do keep looking on ebay for a cheap honda sa-50 frame so i can start building one up but not much about right now as when im still like this i can get the frame sandblasted and powder coated to have a great base for a project when my leg is more better and the Malaguti is done i wanted to get a older honda vision met in to do as a light weight rocket with honda pantheon 125 2 stroke engine swap Do it. So yesterday I went to town to pick up some of the last good bits for Christmas. Bike running good.
But when I came to go home it wouldn't start. Just splitter for a couple of seconds then die. Until it wouldn't do anything.
Pushed it a mile and half home with a 20 pounds rucksack on my back. Fun times.
So just for fun, what's wrong with it? Guess away and I will tell you the answer tomorrow.
