Thanks Jhobe! Nowhere near 67mph though.. the scoot speedo said 65, so it's more like an actual 55mph or so. It sure feels fast on a scoot!
BBK isn't too bad- nothing to be scared of for sure. I had to split my motor apart to replace crank and bearings and such. BBK is just a matter of swapping out the piston and cylinder so case leaks wouldn't really be a concern. Shoot- 6 months ago I was into e-scoots and my main tuning tool was a soldering iron! I'm still pretty green at dinosaur juice powered motors, but this site and members lend all the help and knowledge to make us successful!

I'm still pretty green at dinosaur juice powered motors, but this site and members lend all the help and knowledge to make us successful! Well like I've said to Dave and others, if it was in a car, I'd understand it more and probably be more inclined to figure it out on my own how it's supposed to sound and all. BUT... No. 2 strokes 1 piston. Yes, I intended for it to sound that way.. haha. Hey, my speedo says 35 so I'm guessing I'm only doing about 30-33... So yeah, a real 55 or fake 67 would ROCK! I should probably look into getting new tires for it soon though. I'm not looking to bank 90 degree turns at 50 yet, but what's on there now won't last it past the mods. PS. I friggin DIED reading you almost getting a mouth full of throttle! HAHA Good one! I'm still jealous.

Well geez fellas, it could be awhile before I update this build thread... My scoot is screamin so darn good there's not much I need to do to it now. I could try removing the snorkel and upjetting? See if I gain a little performance? Eventually I'll get around to modifying/building the rest of this Stage6 Pro pipe... Now that I know my duration numbers I plan to plug them into the pipe building software and see what it spits out. I'm getting 55mph at 7k RPMS- exactly what I was shooting for. Maybe I can play around with the gear ratios- make the 13.5:1 gears work with a pipe that will give me more RPM's? I am a little curious to see what the 8:1 ATV gears can do seeings as this motor has torque to spare. I have to be careful goosing the throttle while turning- that's how light my front end gets! I only need 1 gear to be able to use the 8:1 and I found it on ebay for $65. Any more ideas?

The tree is as big as an oak and there's hundreds of advocados. I didn't put any in the box as they're too darn heavy lol. Just a few days worth...

I have this 90cc crank sitting here that's ok, just needs new bearings... The piston and cylinder are in usable shape too... a longcase and shortcase minarelli sitting over there... Hmmm. muwahaha
