Almost finished with the seat and battery box. Spent a good part of yesterday looking for a cheap drill as mine decided to take a shit on me. All I needed was five holes drilled & the battery box and gas tank would've been done. After riding my bike around town yesterday looking for a Ryobi drill, I was pretty well done by the time I got home. Today is really the first day I've done anything to the Cannonball since I fell. I'm still soar which is a horrible sign that I'm getting old, but my son says no, its the gray hair. If doesn't rain tomorrow and nothing else goes wrong then hopefully I'll get the seat and tank mounted. After that its, primer and wiring and get this nightmare out of my dinning room. I can't stand the sight anymore. I'm just gonna get it to a point where its mobile again and finish it hear n there. Forget coming in broadside across the finish line, just let me see that it really is there. That's good enough for me, cause I don't have the energy to say "WOW". Hopefully I get some more pics up tomorrow as well. Earhart, I need a lift!

Dear Christmas Bunny there's a shit load of little holes to drill and little friggin tabs to cut & make. I spent maybe 3hrs today just making pieces to mount all parts I've made. Gas tank was simple compared to figuring out to mount it, the seat, the cowling, and all these damn little friggin electrical things that you have to have to make out run. Why can't they just stuff all that crap in little cellphone sized box? Hey China I'm talking, are you listening? Japan can stuff a computer in cellphone why can't you get all this scooter crap in at least a battery sized box?

So close, so close.... I want this ball rolling! What the hell was I thinking? I'm blaming Mickey, cause I can. Re did the cowling for the 3rd or 4th time, I can't remember. Ever time I do something to it that I like it visually or mechanically frags something else off. Might of helped if I read the directions.... Still need to cover the seat. What a MF making that GD seat. Its a lot harder than it looked. I'm praying that I can get some primer on it tomorrow.

Just got this in the mail today from Troll. Thanks Troll, I can't believe I got it that fast. Can't wait to install it. I'm debating in getting one of those valley scooter bbk's. It says its an aluminum cylinder, so I'm still waiting on feedback from members on another post.

:stumped: Why is that the Chinaman is so smart that he thinks to carry two buckets of water with one stick, yet tries to pick up a itty bitty piece of rice with two sticks? :dunno:
