Always best to tune... have to say that. Just gonna guess at 1000RPM contra and 1500RPM clutch springs. I like the softer of the contra springs and don't feel the average build needs anything super stiff to keep the belt from slipping. Roller weight adjustment may be necessary as well. All clutches don't work the same with springs so I'm just guessing on the middle ground of the clutch springs. Aftermarket variators tend to help RPM stay in a bit more narrow range, nearer peak output, and sometimes provide more travel for more speed too. The clutch should be alright with springs.

well my buget to tune the cvt is gonna be 250 bucks and tools will be bought from the buget as well the buget so i cant spend 20 bucks 3-4 times on springs due to what if i do plan to buy a big verity pack of variators weghts and as for the contra springs and clutch springs will the gy6 ones fit cuase i cant find ones that clearly marketed as 139qmb parts
after the cvt is done all that will be left to do is upgradeing the gearbox then puting on a new rear tire renforceing the frame adding a second and resirve gas tank fabracateing in a turbo instaling nitrous a train horn and cb radio

If you're on a tight budget I would advise checking this out to help you save money in the roller/slider department : 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/1199/modding-roller-weightsIt shouldn't be too tough to find springs for a 139QMB or GY6 50. PFS, Scrappy, Ebay, Enviromoto, etc... all have them. There should be no need to spend near the $250 on CVT parts just to get in a decent state of tune. Get a 1000RPM contra spring for roughly $10, if you want just one set of clutch springs go with 1500RPM for $5-10, a variator costs $30-100 depending what you get but you should have no trouble finding one you like for $50 or less (NCY, Koso, Hoca, DLH). That'll put you at prob $50-100. Save $25 for a set of sliders perhaps after you work out some tuning with the method posted above. Put the rest into tools at that point or save it. You can never really have enough tools or money.

I've got a cordless impact that does 1200 lbs/ft torque and it's worked great for everything so far. some have been stubborn and needed to been hit for a while before they loosened up.

I'd wait on determining the exact locations of things like turbos and jet engines till you have one for mock-up.
Since you've got a huge mods list and plan to do some welding, Consider adding folding foot pegs to your list. Excellent mod that you'll appreciate every time you ride, or at least I do. ~$10-15 for folding pegs and ~$10 worth of steel to make mounts of some sort.

i determining the placement of the turbo and jets by thinking of the most pratical place to mount them ie the turbo near the exuast and the said jets on the sides of the frame though they will be the pulse type and it will be hard to figure out how to start the on the road or on the the fly so to speake
