I use either my bench vice or arbour press to break the bead. clamp on the tire for one side, for the other place a block of wood in between the rim and the vice and roll the tire back.. hard to expain but it works and if your careful you wont scratch your rims. once you have the bead off the bead seat and the tire is all floppy the #1 thing to always do is on the opposite side of the tire your trying to pry at make sure the bead is in the bead drop in the rim (the smaller diameter section)

Anything gear metal on metal expect some sparkles. It's kinda inevitable.

If any of the across the pond scoot enthusiasts have a hook up on a Piaggio NRG MC1 or MC2 front end or NTT I would love to swap this over.

I should also say that the backing support for the clutch pads can interfere with the pulley, you may need to grind it down.
Best way to check is assemble it without the spring and check range of movement

Wonder if the ZX pulley is hitting my Stage6 bell in my Gyro, I've lost a lot of speed since changing from a stock clutch/bell on a ZX pulley and Alba variator to a Stage6 clutch and bell with Malosi spring. Most likely, you can run shims under the bell to space it out a bit depending on how much thread there is available for the nut. Next is to machine the lip off the pulley

You guys pronounce 'Malossi' in such a weird way i have to make a comment aboooot it You pronounce the 'O' in Malossi as in road, coast, boat etc. But that O needs to be pronounced as in Ofcourse, Ordinary, Office etc. You're welcome I'm super Canadian, you should hear me say bar, far, car, dad, about.... the list goes on and on. Get a couple of drinks into me and I'm borderline indecipherable to the rest of the world.
