Classic sign of a vacuum leak.

Hell yeah fox sounds right. Get that vent hose routed good and see what happens. If it dosent help at least one more thing is fixed the way it should be.

It's not the vent hose. That's not vacuum. That's a positive crankcase pressure vent. If there is a vacuum leak it's going to be a vacuum port open to the atmoshphere or a vacuum line cracked or disconnected open to the air or a cracked intake elbow. If there is any way for air to pass directly into the intake that doesn't pass through the carb first then that's a vacuum leak. A bad o-ring seal on the bottom side of the intake where it meets the cylinder head is a vacuum leak. Are the two nuts holding the intake on the engine tight? I noticed in the picture you posted that there are two vacuum lines coming off the intake. One tube should go to the fuel petcock. Where does the other one go? You have to plug off any vacuum lines that aren't in use.

I can definitely hear a vacuum leak I just haven't figured out where yet. I haven't really had the chance to inspect it yet. Gonna figure that out today

So I should get a spray water bottle and spray it in different areas to check for a vacuum leak? And wherever I spray and there's a leak it will throw off the idle right?

You have two lines coming off the intake manifold. One goes to the fuel valve, where's the other one go?

Pinch the hose tight and see if the idle improves.Looks like some kind of emissions device.

Here's what it's doing just to give u an idea... It's idling and I have it a little throttle and it sticks for a few seconds. So I turned the idle screw down and quickly hit the throttle a little bit again... I know my valves sound loud on the video but they aren't that loud in person. Apparently being right next to a brick wall makes it sound amplified youtu.be/zx50yfBcM0Q

That would be a vacuum leak.

That would be a vacuum leak. Yep! He should be able to get it to idle steadily now with the mixture and speed screws.

oh shes running right now!!! its hard to believe my last scooter only went 30mph top speed and this one goes 45 mph top speed...both on flat ground..this one has so much more acceleration and power .... i really think something was wrong with the first one i had... i know the speedomoter isnt accurate but its just a comparison on how much faster this one is...
