Its fairly easy to split the cases too Would it be fairly easy to split my other case also, the one with the good crank and seals, and reassemble it without going through hell and having to replace everything? I'd like to port the case along with the cylinder and then do the same to the other case, but replace the crank. And I believe I'm going to start a thread just for the porting so that y'all can chime in with tips and tricks, and maybe y'all can watch me screw up some!

It would be wise to replace the seals me thinks. And I wouldn't do it without a leak down tester.

That's on my to do list this weekend. I may try to do something different this time, like take my time lol. But the Super 9 seems to be threatening water pump failure already. I may be being delusional, might have been hearing all the wind. . About to invest in an electric pump that hopefully won't kill my stator. That's another story though...
