The battery that comes with the bikes aren't meant for daily use...just shipping. Voltage and amperage both have to be measured to indicate the health of a battery.
Typically bad electrical connections are the cause of electrical leakage...rarely blow a fuse.

My batt read 14.5 volts this morning let it idle for 5 min turned it off because of the roller weight rattle came bac 5 min later no type of electrical power fuse looks black but not broken however I haven't changed it since I bought it 6 months ago. I have mentioned this before...voltage reading is no indication of the health/condition of your battery. A real battery tester places a load on the battery and this is the ONLY way to tell the condition. Didn't you have this tested at an auto parts place and they told you it was bad? Also, you should never crank the engine with the starter for more than 5 seconds at a time. If it does not fire after 5 seconds...you wait a minute or two...then try again. Cranking the engine for 30 seconds is going to fry your starter motor if it has not already done so. You engine should easily start up within just a few seconds of cranking the starter or, something is very wrong with your tune or you have other issues.

Glad you got it running! Probably slow acceleration due to the roller weight issue.

Damn, $65 a hour. I think I need to charge more. I just charged a guy 20 bucks to install a new throttle cable.
