It's hard to describe other than its struggling when I give it gas to move that fast almost like something is slowing it down kind of

Is there a video or sound clip of an engine running with low oil pressure?

Thanks for the help you guys are great I'm so glad you pointed out the gasket cuz that didn't cross my mind as a possibility. I just assumed it was the carb but I couldn't figure out why it would run perfect but not go I do know the difference between lean and rich conditions which is why I was so stumped about this issue it didn't make sense no matter what I did it would either be too rich and not run at all or too mean and not run at all or I could get it to run amazing but when I hit the gas it would struggle so I just assumed it was lean due to the big bore but I up jetted and it still did it so I up jetted my pilot which made it better than the previous 30 jet but still the same so I went down a couple sizes on both and it wouldn't run then either so I went back to a previous setting and it ran again and that's when I realized you Were right it has to be something to do with the oil and that's got to be my issue I'll definitely take care to not force any parts again I knew when I did it I shouldn't have but then it was done so thanks again I look forward to getting help in the future and I'll let you know when I replace the gasket as I won't be running it until then.

The gasket probably isn't causing that. It's just a concern for oil pressure.
Hearing the stutter would really help.
Maybe the vacuum fuel valve is damaged and allowing air and fuel to erratically back flow into the intake?
Maybe you have a pin hole in the rubber diaphram in the top of the carburetor?
A stuttering problem can also be caused by stator issues. I had one that drove me nuts once and it was the stator. That one ran fine when it was dead cold for about a minute, then started stuttering badly under throttle. If I was gentle with the throttle, it would seem fine.
Things like that take experience to figure out.

There are no vacuum lines I have a manual pet cock. And when I opened the cylinder up there was greasy blackness but not much oil inside the cylinder I know there wouldn't be much. Any way I was thinking the stator and am going to buy a new one right now

And about xperience I have some and am building more th first bbk install took awhile the second time redoing it was quickish and painless basically. And I have a video it's short cuz I don't wanna run it long. I can't figure how to post it from my iPad or cell phone I have made two different videos.

Also I checked the diaphragm holding it up to a light looking for pin holes none and I no longer have egr.so that can't be leaking I'm not letting myself panic but I'd sure like to know what the eff the problem is. I don't want to start duping new parts for no reason as I recently bought a new carb for the Bbk and didn't even need to it just wasn't running like it was supposed to but it ran and drove decently so I bought a new carb and the Bbk and bvh and installed them and now it's worse. If you send me an email or something I can try and send you the video of it running otherwise I don't know a way to post it here as its a video on my iPad and not youtube. I have a multimeter coming on Monday damned Amazon two day shipping my A&&.

Some members use vimeo. Look for the small basic link.

Yeah that's cool but they want money to use that and sadly all my money is tied up in my scooter and I'd probably only use it once and then get charged for it indefinitely lol

I have the 100cc bbk with the 23mm valve head, and it ran from the get go, just had to tweak the carburetor, but for the record, I had to force the cylinder gasket over one of the pins as well, just made sure not to tear it, must not have been cut correctly, but it runs fine on a 90 main/30 idle, my only real issue is that it really doesn;t offer much gain over the 80cc kit for the cost.

I'm pretty sure my original carb settings were fine and I just need a new stator I have a multimeter coming tomorrow to test my current stator but everything else is fine and set correctly. Hopefully replacing the stator will correct my issue I'll post more when I get all the new parts.

It gives you 11 more cc's There is a difference in torque. For me it was worth it. But after 80cc's, you really need to start doing more to help the engine breath to push that extra air through. That's where it starts taking a bit more work and experience to get that extra 11cc's to actually make a difference. In your case I believe you have low compression and that negates a LOT of the potential. If you got the compression up to 180 or so you'd have a beast on your hands (relatively speaking) You will have to install a domed Airsal piston and modify it to clear the valves. Flycutting the head will not work because it throws off the timing chain geometry. Unless you can extend the chain. One person could build a 72cc motor that flat out walks away from a 83cc motored scooter simply because they maximized the motors volumetric efficiency better SO many variables !!

But like I said, I had one that took me on the most frustrating journey and it turned out to be the stator. Like you...I tried and did EVERYTHING a number of times. There simply was nothing left. Good luck. These problems that make you work harder are the ones that teach you the most When served lemons, make lemonade !!
