Also I have checked valve lash and cam timing more times than I can even think about lol. Valve lash I set both to .04 like was suggested by someone on this post. I had them set to .03 for the intake valve and for the exhaust valve .04. When I switched them both to .04 there was no noticeable difference. Thanks everyone for all your help.

It seems on the reverse of the black plastic spacer thing that tjere is a small rubber o ring I noticed awhile back this was flat to the plastic so I ordered a new one they're cheap and the new one the o ring b is raised up a bit. Also when the engine backfired it blew out fuel or whatever from under the carb so the gasket definitely leaks. Uts ALWAYS THE Small SEEMINGLY STUPID PIECE THAT BREAKING AND YOU DONT Replace BUT IT ALWAYS TURMS OUT TO BE SOMETHING Miniscule THAT IS Causing THE issue.

Ok so I don't want to leave this unfinished I guess it's not technically the result I wanted but I'll take it for now I recently bought a new scooter same engine just a different body style anyway about the scooter in question I put it back to the stock engine parts just to see of maybe there was something wrong with my bbk and after a few days of messing with it and much cleaning of the original parts it seems to be just about back to normal now after saying that I feel more confident about trying again soon with a different bbk this time I'm going to try a smaller kit maybe 47mm or 44mm possibly not sure yet but I have a 47mm kit and the infamous 50mm none of those parts look at all messed up from running the bike so I'm sure ill end up trying again someday this summer probably since I now own 2 bikes if I break one down for a project of this kind it won't be a huge deal if I can't ride it for a period of time which given good parts I am confident I know what I'm doing now for sure as I just endured this whole experience I know I'll attempt this again more to come from me for sure as I said I have 2 bikes one is still new in the break in process and the other is the bike I been working on in this thread bye from this one for now thanks for everyone's help and ideas I have learned so mich from all of you thanks for hanging in and not getting annoyed with my ignorance I'm so glad I found 49ccscoot!

It's back to stock now and runs great! Sad the bbk was faulty must've been a bad valve I'm guessing so back to stock for npw but she runs better than ever I went back to a stock carb off of my new vip scooter and put the tao tao this thread is about basically 100 stock except cdi I did this to see if ot would work again and it does so I now know one of the bbk parts was faulty so next time I try I'll be sure to lap the valves and go the extra mile on install I'm not angry about the bbk npw working as I have learned SO much I can basically rebuild a whole engine now I actually just bought a SYM brand 139qmb long case engine I was a little surprised to see the SYM badge I didn't know they made them I'm thinking of putting it on a mini chopper bike.anyway after all the work i put in on the bbk I can now fix just about everything I have more projects than I know what to do with lol more soon I. A different thread this story is over. Thanks all
