Installed a kickstand cuz the aero swap takes away the oem stand. Black to match the rest of the trim, cuz the kriti blue editions had black trim for some reason. The kickstand was out of the giant box of parts I got from o'verse on my Oregon road trip, when I went down to go by the Spree-a-relli from him. Thanks again man!

Yeah that kick stand is just a chunk of lightweight aluminum. Only weighs ounces!

Guess what just showed up in the mail... Had to help the mailman lift it out of his little truck/van thing haha. The cleanest aero 50 motor I've seen in a long time, looks almost new. Also a brand new dj-1 mount (jdm and edm Honda vision/elite "sports" edition) which is slightly different from my ratty old aero 50 mount Here's my airsal cylinder and shround and stock muffler all cobbled together... Also ziotied the throttle-controlled oil pump wide open, while I got this thing out. Also got a carb and oem aero wheels to go with it. I may get a pipe for this one as I know somebody who has one, but I may just go stock for now and keep the cvt the same. Repainting and polishing everything today and tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be bolting it up soon, I still need a carb spacer and air filter and the rest of the oem shrouds.

Motors in and almost finished.. Does have a slight stretch (about 3-4 inches) but I'm cool with that got a 90/90-10 on the rear, also moved the kick stand a bit inward to a sturdier spot. I did notice the rear wheel is slightly off center. Oh well

Almost looks like it would be better suited with the DJ-1 mount. Diggin it though. Curious what the plastics will look like, hopefully, no cutting.

I was looking at the dj-1 mount but it would only bring it about an inch shorter and it would drop the front of the motor about an inch, which makes the pipe in dragging zone. It looks like the oem spree mount would have made the best fit but it is a sketchy way to go cuz of spacers needed. I did have to trim the panels an bit in the rear but very small amount. The rear fender area was beat up a little anyway. I think with a longer shock it would fit better but I like em low haha. I'm probably gonna drop the front to match.

Small stretch, not much. Gotta lower the front an inch or so

Yeah, that doesn't look too bad. Rear tail is pretty easy to fab up, rest of the plastics look real good. I thought perhaps the pipe was gonna curve up to the plastics and cause heat, but I see now that it looks stock. Nice work!! But does it run yet?

interesting that the jdm AF05E engine and mount in my 84 nb50 aero that origionally had the AB07 is off to the right about 1/2" also. I wonder if the frame mount on the85-87 aero50 is offset that much or even why it is? clean scoot
