Try a 125 main jet. Why not?

I have tried a 120 mj and the bike just died when I touched the throttle.
It seems like the bike runs better when its getting more air. well... better with the cap off.
What does that mean? when a 110 mj made it worse.

Are you verifying these jets your self with jet drills? I've got a jet marked 125 that's more like an 82, and it came out of a 139qmb carb.

Hello.
Benji maybe you are on to something. my stock kymco cvk carb uses 5 mm main jets. I have been using dellorto main jet which is also 5mm.
I dont have the tool to verify the exact size. Does dellorto main jets have different size hole and number, compared to stock main jets?
Dellorto are they not mostly used on 2 strokes?

a numbered drill set #61 to #80 will work. Use the flat end. Micro-mark has them.

OK thanks, I will try to get my hands on some. I did some wot runs today, and when I did the last one I killed it while still going full throttle, to get the best reading. Here are some pictures:

It's not white, I think it's just the lighting.

Hello again.
What can you guys tell from the audio and the plug?

Audio sounded good. I think the light on the plug is too bright and washes out the color. block half the the light and see what happens. You could also make a color chart to place next to the plug for comparison. Buy a kids water color paint set. Draw 5 boxes about the size of the plug insulator on white paper. Using brown and white paints, on scrap paper mix 5 gradients of brown to very light tan. Paint them into the boxes, after it dries put the plug next to them and take the picture.

Okay I will try to upload some better ones.
The best way I can describe the problem, is when I'm going at wot it "feels" like i'm only going at 75% throttle.

So... may sound weird, but is your head cracked? You're gonna have to take it off, and remove your spark plug and look in the area behind the spark plug. I got a head so hot that it had cracked and was running all crazy, so I'm wondering if you're having the same sort of issue...

I will surely check, but I dont think I will find any problems. It's brand new. I don't really know what to do..

Did you check your pilot jet? Once I changed to 33 everything started coming together. The idle was easy to get and no more back fires. I am at 33 / 96 with a 50mm BBK, 'performance' exhaust and uni filter.
EDIT:
With the other pilot jet in there things were indicating both rich and lean. It was weird AF, impossible to tune and being a newb I was about to bring it to the shop then gave the 33 a shot.
