If you could find manual for Malaguti F15 then its okay. Ignition switch is okay, nothing bad there.

So, its a liquid cooled F15? Never seen that exact scoot, but they all have a similar charging system. U could check the draw from the light system. It honestly it sounds like a intermintent short. Can u post a pic of ur scoot? Just for curiousity's sake? I

i was thinking, that i have a car taillight bulb there, on my scoot. the one with two wires inside bulb, one for brake light, one for just tail light. brake light uses so much energy that i could see that i brings front lights very down. and that bulb is broken, that only the brake light wire is okay, second one is shorted out or something like that. i have put the bulb in the casing where the bulb should go like that way, that only brake light is lighted up all the time, so it brings my stator energy very down, so i replaced the bulb with three very bright red colored LED's, the ones with resistors installed already. heres a new pic too, new color etc.

Sharp, sharp, sharp! The taillight circuit may be ur problem. I love ur ride. U may need to check that brake llight circuit, to see why it pulls so much juice. Check for continunity in the wires

Today i went to talk to very smart scooter technician, who thinks that one wire from light switch makes contact with frame. When i get home i definately check that out, pity that i have to remove all fenders to check wires what you guys think, is the wire possibly makes contact with frame? It won shorten out anything and all heat just goes away from wires then its not causing any burning

You said it first happened after washing the scoot. Makes me wonder if something is still wet and shorting somehow. Maybe moisture inside a switch assembly or something. Not totally sure how it would happen since the lighting and ignition systems should be basically separate, but it's usually best not to ignore conditions that could be a part of the problem.
Sweet scoot BTW.

I'll definately take a look inside handlebar console and other wires. Thank you!

Sweet scoot BTW. Thats what I thought too Brent, but andrikink said the harness had been fooled with. Maybe someone tapped tge wrong source for the light circuit. That would kibda cause the lights to draw from the ignition power. Wouldnt it? also I hinted at bare or broken wire earlier. hope u find the gremlin!

If it's DC CDI it could for sure. AC CDI I'd think it wouldn't matter, but electrical stuff confuses me at times (most times lol).

Dont even know myself that is it a DC CDI or AC. Lights are getting power according wiring diagram so they wont take energy from wrong place.

Hey! So got some news for you . When before the problem was at top end rpms then now its sputtering while accelerating. Strange is that when riding witch cold engine then at first when you start the bike up it sputters because of the cold engine, and when accelerating again then everything is fine. Its just getting worse and worse with just driving and when engine gets hotter. Without lights- no problem. Tried another CDI aswell, first thought that i solved the problem but hey, its not that easy . When started up my bike after workday today, then juggling the spark plug gap i got shocked several times, dont know how. I had another gap in my boot so tried that one, didnt get any electrical shock anymore .

And im suspecting stator. It could be faulty aswell. Someday i'll take it apart and maybe resolder connections. Its onething that i havent tested yet and where ignition and lights are together.
