Before replacing the stator, try to bypass everything but the power to the coil, and pickup. If the problem stops, then it pribably is not the stator, but in the wires. If not, it may be still in the wires or the coil or pickup. Keep us posted.

Between cdi and coil there is some wires and connectors yes but if i try to connect them straight, believeing that connections are bad and something like that, then maybe ill be saved

Possibly. What I was suggesting was to unplug everything except the coil and pickup. That way, even if your wiring is bad, ir your r/r is bad, your engine would be able to run, without the problem area being energized. If the problem is still active, then the problem may lie in your stator or your coil/ pickup.

So today i tried that wire thing, unplugged all lighting wires and i didnt noticed change. I didnt tried to ride it long enough, because engine must be very hot to detect problem . So i reconnected wires and made another good connections to them. Also what i did was i cleaned the variator weights and plate where rollers are sitting in. Also i put a little bit of some very good lubricant on weights and on the walls of the plate. Malossi even reccomends that move. And i drove in to the city and what i realized was that my scoots rpms are very high while accelerating and torque was pretty poor, speed was climbing very slowly but rpms were high, so i think that my belt is also lubricated but i did put very very small bit of that lubricate onto rollers. On high rpms my scoot was sputtering less than before but it did still sputters. Switching lights off- i didnt saw any changes there. Maybe some advice for me? Soon i'll check stator aswell

I agree with ya, I think your belt got some oil on it too. I only use a graphite powder for lubrication in the cvt. As far as the stuttering when its warm, I too am at a loss. My personal scoot has been driving me crazy the last few days. These little engines can be nuttier than squirrel shit. I am sure some one here can help ya. Sorry your still having trouble.
