Some guys on local scooter forums tested the piagio pully and the gains where simular with the morini pully,but it will be intersting to see the results from you.

Whe have some realy chep tuning parts for scooters in the Balkans,the kit is 47mm i will make a portmap tomorow and some detalyed pics.

birdman-i will make photos and take mesurments from the bbk in two days. rexxk-Koso vario and new OEM sliders works best.

I just spend the money on a 47mm kit,the vario will wait,i now that koso have some realy bad sliders,they are made from some recycled nylon,nasty stuff,I have used koso for my gy6 125 and it worked like a charm with stock sliders.here is pic from the bbk,its taiwan made with RIK piston rings the price is 35$ but it comes witohut a head.

I've open my case today and remove the restrictor ring on the variator bushing and i notice that the bushing is 21mm not 18mm,the vario is 95mm,the crankshaft is 16mm on the vario side,so I have 2 options for performance vario now the koso and this no name brand bouth from china. NO NAMEKOSO

from 10 to 13 grams for stock 150cc,Under 10gr the engine is screaming in high rev and has no power.I have used 12gr sliders on a koso vario and 1000rpm clutch springs for best aceleration and top speed.

I see that the HOCA vario uses guide bushings like the gy6 50cc engine.I think i will buy the koso vario,I think that the koso vario is a copy off the Naraku vario.

I want to by a performance variator for my baotian,the bugdet for the vario is 25 buks max.I found a hoca vario for that price,.what is the best vario for stock engine. HOCA vario
