Hello.
I'm having trouple with my rear pulley after I installed the naraku twist control ( spring holder/ball bearing). First I installed it with a 1500rpm spring, with no luck. Could not get pass 30 Kmh.
After that, I tried a 1000rpm spring with the same results. Execpt this time, I would average around 45 Kmh, before it started to hesitate.
I don't think the rear pulley i able to open fully to allow sufficient belt travel.
I need help finding a solution. Maybe one could be cutting down the spring?

Hello.
I'm having some problems with my 21mm phbg carburetor, it's installed in a kymco super 8 72cc 4 stroke with open airfilter.
It has always been runing very rich, but i'm able to reach a reasonable highspeed with medium takeoff.
I have tried a world of main jets, coming all the way down from a 90 to 73 size.
it's not supper aggressive and bogs a little under full throttle. I can actually go faster at 50% throttle to 75%
If I go any lower in main jets, I'm unable to give it full throttle, but it's more aggressive but less top speed.
A funny thing accured, when I was just about to run out of gas, with the 73 main jet. It felt alot more powerfull and pulled better overall.
It smokes alittle when it idles (white).
The carburetor is setup, as I have come to find out for 2 stroke, while mine is a 4 stroke.
My main jet 73
Not sure about the neddle.
Atomizer au 262
Choker 60
Idle unkown
I hope you guys can help me out. .
Best Regards.
Magnus

The spark plug is deadblack. The idle jet the size is unknown. choker size 60. it's about a quarter turn out, so not much.
Do you think it's the idle?

Hello Everyone.
I'm having problems with my phbg type carburetor, it's installed in a kymco super 8 72cc ( with a polini open airfilter )

It smokes alittle when it idles (white).
What do you guys think? Maybe the idle jet? Please help me out.

I swaped out the main jet for a size 80. Now the scooter runs much better, still needs to be fine tuned. Thanks for the help.

Hello. My bike was running okay, till I installed a 21mm phbg racing carburetor. Now it has trouple starting, and when it does you have to keep it alive with the throttle, but it can hold idle, after a few seconds. When I try to take off, it just sputters and then dies out . I have tried to adjust and try different kinds of settings, but nothing seems to work. It has a au atomizer which is used on two strokes, but i have talked with dellorto, they say it's fine. My main jet 90 Not sure about the neddle. Atomizer au 262 Choker 60 Idle unkown Please help me out! Hello again. I have installed a 90 main jet (still using the stock carburetor) and a malossi red sponge air filter. And 6,9 g rollers. The bike is able to hold idle (sometimes) but when I let go of the throttle, it just dies out. I have tried to play aorund with airfuel screw unsuccesfully. I pulled the plug, right after the video/audio clip below. White center, rest of it black! here is picture. Lean? I check the timing again, seems fine. Something is definitely wrong. The run I did in the video, is full throttle! Sort of bad acceleration, completely dies at around 24mph and is unable to gain any more speed. It sputters alot from about 20-24mph. Funny enough second run i did, i was able to get it up, to around 30 mph. Here is a audio/sound clip, Hope you can help me out. www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWKjIMzbT-s
