Cool.
Did you put sealant on both surfaces ( Engine and cylinder ) ?

I will be using a silicone based sealant, that can take up to around 250 degrees (short burst to 325 degrees) It is also oil and gasoline resistant. And it says on the package it will stay rubbery and not crack.
Will this work?

Ok thanks.
Will it be really hard to remove the cylinder when it's installed with a sealant ?

Ok thanks.
If I was to use a sealant instead of a paper gasket. How much should I use? Have you got any pictures?

Hello. I'm thinking about getting some milling done on my new BVH before I install it. Can someone tell me how much I can shaved off and still be on the safe side. In MM would be nice.
Also could I achieve the same result with just using a sealant instead of the base gasket?
The combustion chamber is 47 mm. Gy6.

Hello. I'm ordering parts. Can anyone tell me, if you can use a standard 50cc base gasket on 72cc gy6?

Hello. Will it hurt the engine if I just ran a straight pipe and left the muffler off ?
Any ideas for a silencer/baffle that will make it a little more quiet, but still keep the straight pipe look? Diameter the size of pipe or smaller to fit inside.

Hello. How do you change the rear wheel bearings, on a 139qmb? And are the front wheel bearings, the same as the rear?

I bought a new BVH. The exhaust pipe is not lining up with the exhaust port. The port is bigger than the pipe, not much but some, whitch will in-turn make the exhaust gasses, flow straight into a wall. The problem is the exhaust pipe's little "stub"/tip that comes after the mounting-bracket. The "stub" is some what smaller, than the rest of the pipe (bottlneck).
My exhaust is a sito leo-vince
Will it hurt anything if I just cut it off?
Also will it be to rough to finish the intake port with 40 grit sandpaper?
