That kit looks crazy! Didn't know they made em this big. Crazy to think that when I was 16 (20yrs ago, sigh) and just got into scooters and mopeds the market was dominated by 70cc kits. Those were the biggest you could buy apart from a long stroke version of the Italkit/Gilardoni or Athena kit. What kinda power do you expect from this kit when it's fully dialed in? Well out of the box, the kit produces 42hp at back wheel revs to 15k, ive seen videos of the first dyno test 42hp broke the motor mount on a geared race bike, think it was running a 36mm carb maybe even a 34mm, but to even get the crank Into rc-one cases need to be inlagred by 5mm to take the stroker crank its running a 50mm stroke and 54mm piston the lmr brand vforse 4 reeds built into there spacer is so big I have to get intake in cases inlarged as well, reeds are about the size of 350cc banchee reeds 35mm intake so im planing to run a tmx 35mm mukini with power jet, ill be happy with 40 at back wheel can't see getting less than that. I won't need it to have full race tune, will run a tad rich for insurance, won't be a daily thats for sure.

I just recently I swear I switched from a from a polini PWK that I had been using forever I thought it was great Really good on the lower end throttle position However when going on long wide open Stretches After about 7 seconds or so answer so I would feel and hear a boz bogging which sounded and felt like fuel starvation I figured it was that even though the float height was perfect ,But if I were to not hold it open for too long I wouldn't get the bog so I thought it had to be fuel running out, Long story short I just installed a nice Roundslide carb (pe) same as my pwk a 28mm.And haven't noticed that fuel starving issue whatsoever since then II quickly came to the conclusion give me the conclusion that the the flat slide I was using head had a float from a from an oko pwk , so while the height was correct the weight must have been off. Now I can get to 60 and keep climbing have yet to have enough road to max it out. I never thought the floats weight would have such an effect but they do put different weight floats for 2 vs 4 stroke carbs. now I think of the float bowl like I do a crank case and the float like the piston moving to whichever direction has lower pressure and not simply falling when fuel drops but also being pushed down or help up by atmospheric pressure in the bowl.... this is why I LOVE two strokes there the best rabbit hole to fall down, lol. Yes float hight is important on one of my race motors the carb is mounted in reverse and on near 40° angel I had to set floats to near over flow and upgrade fuel line to bigger diameter, I had same problme but mine was I was useing up the fuel quicker than bowl could fill, im glad to here the round slide fixed the problme, the flat slides are really for race mosty running at wot for a street bike a round slide will probably work better smother and better fuel economy, but it is amazing how such a small change can make a big diffrence

pete130 Aw man, that Amazon stuff is over the line, isn't it? I hate it when people gouge. I hadn't considered the shipping issues for Australia. I'm glad you were able to finally snag the gauges. Better put them things in a safe. lolol. Shipping is over the top to Australia and ordering from Italy its up to 8 weeks shipping and they make you pay for 1kg even for a washer, I had 1 quote for a $2 washer shipping was $89. I have one more part ive been trying to buy, that is only made in small runs and so had to buy second hand ones are dobble new price but you can't buy it. Drives me insane lol. I think I have every part I need to finish project now, only took 18 months to do lmao

Hopefully I can remember where I put the rest of the parts to this damned engine. Just a evo digital koso for aerox, but you can't get anyone to ship to Australia they still sell on Amazon €199 plus shipping, I could never find on ebay koso don't want to ship to Australia, I was lucky to come across a set on a scooter group on fb and they were new in box lol everyone in Australia that has found out I had wants to buy lol haven't even got around to fitting lol but there on the shelf lol

I recently just found the ever elusive AP8510797, which is a gearbox cover for an Aprilia 100cc minarelli engine, specifically the ZD4REA version of the 4VP. There were 2 models of 100cc engine for the Aprilia 100 2T is 2000. The Zd4REA was made by motori minarelli, the ZD4RE0 was made by Yamaha. I have been searching for this part for 2 YEARS! LOLOL. In the interim I tried everything I could think of. I got a cover for the BWS 100, didn't fit. Picked up an Aerox yq100 cover...no dice. Tried to find the other version of that engine ZD4RE0 cover to see if it was same....SCREWED. Completely different part number AP8510609. Why Aprilia? Why would you do something so damned wacky? Anyway. This problem has tormented me for 2 years and now hopefully its over....unless the part gets lost in the mail. 🤣 Anyway, that's my long obsessive Captain Ahab story. What's yours? What's the longest you've searched for that one part that nobody seems to friggin make? Took me 8 years to get a set of gages I wanted

I have been getting a bit of a stumble, but only around 20-25mph. At first I thought it was carb related. But it only does it at a certain speed. So today I took the torque drive off and swapped it for the one in the other aerox. It's shifting so much better. I guess I will be rebuilding a torque drive tomorrow. It's amazing how one small adjustment or change can make a big difference

I did this on my sr iner plastic will have holes to just line up rads so there only sticking out at top a small amount, I did a mock up of inner and bought another to fic mistakes on first one as tou can emagin cutting rads in tight from just looking at it I did get close but will look good when I'm done iv tryed to keep as stock looking as possible but the race motor sort of gives it away lol Thats basically what I was hoping to do, but the forks actually extend INTO the leg shield on the buddy making it impossible to mount them quite like that. They're ok like they are, but I wish I could have gone more vertical. In hind site I would have got one that would have fit were old one was, there was a lot of room, but had already bough t new ones, bike looks bad with out plastics, but its only the cap and tops that stick out 50mm and I plan to put black grill to hide more. It should look good if it comes out how I want it to.

Well I can finaly say I did something to my scooter lol Did a mock up to make sure these fit and its close, but don't think ill have a problme, just need to get right end on new lines. The leaver doesn't come to full stop befor it hits a plastic pice on bars but I very much dought ill ever have to pull that far with a 19mm piston it will be 2 finger breaking already

I did think about it, but I really hate the way that looks. I've also got dual rads and a big fan which would be hard to mount out front I'd rather have it going through the leg shield than on the front. I'm gonna fiberglass up a cover to make it look a little more 'installed' soon so that should help. I did this on my sr iner plastic will have holes to just line up rads so there only sticking out at top a small amount, I did a mock up of inner and bought another to fic mistakes on first one as tou can emagin cutting rads in tight from just looking at it I did get close but will look good when I'm done iv tryed to keep as stock looking as possible but the race motor sort of gives it away lol

Well update on the never ending project, so after building and fitting the rc-one 94cc, I had to much time on my hands, took nearly 18monts to sorce and ship parts. But finaly have everything to do new build. Have the rc-one case in machine shop getting machined to take a 50mm stroke crank, will be doing a LMR 115cc kit, im lucky to know one of the owners of LMR that helped me out on price and getting everything shipped to me, they only do small runs on parts and are even hard to buy to start with, unless you buy the full motor, and at I think near €6000 not cheap. The kit is like art you do see were your money went, pipes are tuned length and hand made in house, as well as there vairator's and most parts, they are all about quality not quality, im lucky been able to buy the best parts available for this build. So ment to get cases back end of week, they will still need a lot of hand work done to them, I thought the ports were big on the 94cc I had to take a fair bit to just port match it, now it needs same amount again if not more I would say. Have a few pics ill include but hopefully many more to come soon, the alloy gasket is the 94cc you can see the 115cc is a lot bigger can't wait

, I use a hero 3+ comes with remote control, I also use a gimbal that keeps camera level when cornering I do have 2 over there's one on gimble forward and one on rear of bike for behind view, there not expencive until you go to the hero 5 or above they have more options but the hero 3+ takes great video for what it is and if it does fall off housing should protect camera Hmm, somewhere I have a Hero 3+ Black, what gimbal do you use? This is it has a few setting, but I just use the self leveling and stability shot works well but sorry I haven't tested properly. Also have the wrist led screen for live feed to 4in screen colour, and remote control, Can mount to any go pro adaptor fitting I have had a lincence for 2 years get back next week so ill be useing on my project ill be finishing in next 2 months at most I hope
